    • God As Idea, By Eric Anderson
I woke up last night feeling like I was suffocating, because in my dream I was. It began in a church, or an old university lecture hall. Antique. And everyone in attendance was being asked to say little prayers honoring Jesus. Everyone was reciting little prayers that are common among the devout. But when it was my turn, I stood and exclaimed: Jesus was a ph […]

Everybody likes a mystery

I have questions that I would like the media focus on with laser like intensity:

1.) Why did Donald John Trump have TS/SCI documents at his private residence?

2.) What was he going to do with them?

3.) Who is the Mole of Mar-a-Lago and why is it Jared?

Let’s fixate on those things to the exclusion of everything else. Don’t report on the ever evolving reasoning. You’ll never keep ahead of that. These questions will keep everyone riveted like the Beach Read Mystery of 2022.

  1. I will play. Here goes…

3.) It is Ivanka. She has always hated her father. He subjected her to untold abuse over the course of her life. That she has remained close to him as an adult means nothing. Victims of abuse very often find it extremely difficult to break free from their abusers. Now, following the death of her mother, Ivanka has found the strength to do so.

The death of a parent can be both heartbreaking and liberating, bringing up traumatic memories long suppressed, until one finally says to surviving family members (in this case Ivanka’s father and perhaps her brothers): “Enough!”

Ivanka has Jared’s support in this desire to make a dramatic change in their lives. They have recently visited Rochester, Minnesota. People go to Rochester for only one reason: the Mayo Clinic.

Ivanka and Jared were at the Mayo Clinic because of Jared’s history of thyroid cancer. Has it returned? Perhaps. A life-threatening medical condition can also cause people to want to make serious changes in their lives.

I’m no fan of either Ivanka or Jared. They are a couple of pretty vile characters in this story. I will admit to having some sympathy for Ivanka however. A person does not make a choice to have a monster for a father.

    • Then there are all those nasty niggling legal problems Ivanka and Jared are probably facing. But I like my Lifetime movie version better. Maybe it ends with them making Aliyah.

  2. i’d have more respect for ivanka if mary trump wasn’t modeling the correct way to distance yourself from the trump crime family’s malignancy. of course, mary had the impetus of having her inheritance stolen, maybe ivanka’s still maneuvering to grab the goods when the big guy goes down. i doubt if she sees beavis and butthead as much competition.

    • Mary also had the advantage of not being Donald’s daughter and presumably not being abused by him as a child.

  3. But Mary Trump did not grow up as Donald Trump’s daughter. Her experiences within the family are very different.

  4. I could see it being either Jared or Ivanka. I’ll bet Jared is pretty tired of seeing his father-in-law grope his wife.

  5. You all know why Trump had the documents–so he could sell them to either the Saudis or the Russians.

Mary Trump thinks Jared is the mole so I will go with that.

  6. I agree with Ga6thDem, that Trump wanted to sell or bargain the documents, or possibly use some for blackmail, and that his likely clients would have been Russia and Saudi Arabia. He has had these for 18 months, so as it his not his nature to wait when it comes to gratifying his few urges, he may well have already done that, perhaps copying or sending or even showing them. while keeping the originals.

I had thought that Meadows was the mole, but Kushner could be, though that gets us into real mafia movie stuff, with the possible same outcome.
