Fitness month.

I’ll have a bunch of people in Cleveland who’ll be all over my ass if I don’t put in enough steps for a gem on the game board.

  1. I did 3 miles and ran part of the flats. 7354 steps. The day is young.

  2. 184.8 lbs. / 84 kg yesterday morning. So I’ve shed roughly 40 lbs. in roughly 8 months.
