Dreamin’ is Free

I got Debbie Harry hair and I need to get my blood flowing again after three days of laying on my sofa in a fetal position listening to a Chinese drama in Mandarin to distract myself.

Time to start the world turning again:

******************

Mayor of Pittsburgh, Bill Peduto with the update and prediction:

Donald isn’t going to like that.

Count my vote!!

A little more: I’m expecting that my mail in ballot in Allegheny county will be one of the thousands that send Biden-Harris to the White House. You’re welcome.

But I think I’d like to direct attention to Stacey Abrams who pulled off something truly stunning in Georgia. Whether Biden wins Georgia or not, the fact that it came this close is nothing short of an amazing accomplishment and she’s got two senate runoffs coming up. Love, love, love, Stacey Abrams. Congratulations to her and Georgia, no matter what happens.

Another beautiful landscape from David Oxtaby:

And the goddess Stacey said, “This shall be a sign that the days of the ugly, stupid, dictator wannabes is coming to an end for the struggle was real and America has overcome. Let’s get down and dance”.

  1. Gosh, I remember when that song came out. One of Blondie’s best songs, It was wonderful to listen to while driving along, at the pinnacle of the New Wave musical era, and it indeed felt like an anthem to optimism.

  2. Lou Dobbs calls on GOP goons to surround Philly.

Philly sez: “You’ve never MET us, have you?” 😈

  3. Why faithless electors and other such shenanigans are, at best, unlikely:

  4. This is Paula White-Cain, one of Benedict Donald’s “spiritual advisors”.

I am a United Methodist, but I spent about 9 years as an agnostic.

If my denomination did crazy crap like that, I doubt I would ever have gone back.
