Only 4 months.

I’d say there’s nothing you can do but wait to vote but I’m not sure that’s strictly true. You never know what is going to happen in 4 months. I wouldn’t rule anything out.

But we’re going to burn ourselves out if we don’t tune him out once in a while. He’s going to continue to do awful, outrageous, illegal, unAmerican things until he is voted out. So, let’s try some relaxing diversion.

I don’t know if you’ve seen these guys but what they do and how they accomplish it is wildly entertaining:

  1. ‘That is quite amazing. i love the sound of splashing water. But how does one clean it? 🙂

I do agree that at some point it is non-therapeutic to get wildly upset or stressed at all the daily things that Trump does. We either defeat him, or we don’t. Anyone who is appalled and angry at any one or all of his depraved and horrible actions, and who does not make sure that he or she votes, while urging all acquaintances to do so, is abysmally failing the test of standing up for democracy. To take the title of a song from one of my new favorite artists, Au Revoir Simone, it’s All or Nothing.

    • I have a friend who is livid over the Roger Stone commutation. I told her getting mad is a waste of energy and frankly Trump would probably be thrilled that she was mad. I try to keep a level head and focus on getting rid of him. It’s only going to get worse before this ends.

  2. I saw this over on Wonkette: 😈

Sung to the tune of “Popeye the Sailor Man”:

    Oh I’m Trumpy the Traitorman
    I’m Trumpy the Traitorman.
    I’m Vlad Putin’s bitch
    It’s my natural niche
    I’m Trumpy the Traitorman.

    • Hey! I saw that Lee County Arkansas was the hottest hot spottiest spot in the country. I hope the whole state isn’t trending that way she that you are being vewy, vewy careful.

      • Only three deaths in my county so far, IIRC, unless we had more this weekend.
