I know what you’re waiting for. You are waiting to see if Trump tests positive for Coronavirus.

I’m not going to guess whether you will be extremely upset, rejoicing or merely worried with “thoughts and prayers”. We all have different reactions to serious news. And that’s OK. I do not judge.

But if he does test positive and gets sick, then the effectiveness of his bravado schtick will be at an end. No doubt, Conway, McElheny and Pascale are busily working on a response to just this eventuality. Since Trump’s modus operandi is projection of strength, invincibility, blame shifting and denial of any responsibility whatsoever, he’ll probably have his valet metaphorically executed while he takes a much needed vacation at one of his many private resorts. He’ll pull a Kim Jong-Un, claim he’s needs an emergency appendectomy. D’OH! Perontinitis. Who could have predicted?? Shouldn’t have eaten all those nuts, know what I mean? Lengthy recovery required. Could’ve happened to anyone.

Then he’ll kick off his campaign. As soon as the doctor releases him, he’s going to be going to Birmingham, Alabama for the first rally of his campaign season and nobody with a mask will be admitted.
