A terroristic threat is a crime generally involving a threat shown commit violence communicated with the intent to terrorize another.
The video apparently created by TheGeekzTeam and shown at tRumps failing Doral Miami resort is cruel, insulting, and threatening.
You’re right about the terrorism aspect. But I’m even more concerned about what kind of message it sends that Trump is portrayed as a mass murderer targeting a group he sees as his enemies. These people really need to be stopped.

Few days a ago, on the Grit channel, I saw a commercial with all very white, conservative type of individuals, selling and loving their “Trumpy Bear”. A stuff animal with the american flag outfit and a red tie hanging low just like the Mobster in chief. There’s an alternate world out here.

I’ve seen the video. Imagine a scene in a church where a mass murderer suddenly opens fire with a well loaded gun. First thing he does is shoots a woman in the head so that blood explodes out of the back of her skull.
It’s all downhill from there, except all of the targets are either news organizations or politicians he doesn’t like. Trump reloads and fires again and again as victims try to run for cover.
Yeah, just let that sink in.

I count several violations of this statute in the video.
Shall we add them to the list of impeachable offenses or will this be blamed on a starry eyed acolyte? I suspect he will still be breaking laws while being impeached by the House. At this point, i want a lot of names added to the impeachment list to be followed by charges in federal court and lots and lots of jail time.
One assumes that the threat of 5 years as the cellmate of Larry the Axe Murderer would probably be enough to get TheGeekzTeam to roll on whoever paid them to produce this crap. That’s likely to be a much less cozy environment than their mom’s basement. Too bad these are Federal charges, though, since they would then fall under the President’s pardon powers.
It was interesting to see the reaction of the folks at the other site: showing video of an Antifa protestor slapping some girl in the back of the head as if that suddenly made this justified. I’m 100% in favor of locking them all up.
Propertius, what if trump and pence both get impeached, wouldn’t that make Pelosi prez til the election? If so, i don’t see pardons as an option and she has oft stated she wanted to see Orange in orange. I know, I know, I’m dreaming, but it is a better state than the nightmare we are now in!
