Holy Moly, Fetterman Won!

Hold on to your seats, sports fans, this story may have meaning.

Yesterday, John Fetterman, 6’10” (I’m guessing) mayor of Braddock, PA, won the Democratic primary for Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania.

Why does this have meaning?

Because John Fetterman is one of those iconoclastic Democratic candidates that we all go gaga about. He is a real community activist. He’s into urban renewal and medical marijuana. He lives the working class

AND

You will never catch him in a suit.

The dude screams laid back.

He’s also got a f*cking hot Brazilian wife, Gisele, and three adorable kids. He lives in an old car dealership.

Yeah, weird, huh?

He’ll be running with our governor, The steadfast, unflinching Tom Wolf. This will be one to watch because the PA state legislature is definitely redder than red hardass Republican. But Fetterman has the appearance of a bouncer, only nicer. And cooler.

I have two candidates to campaign for this fall. Conor Lamb won last night as well.

The good news just keeps on coming. Seven women won their primaries in the newly drawn congressional district maps.

This fall should give the media a whole new perspective on Pennsylvania. 2016 was an brief regression on the way to something else. We are the vanguard.

  1. Looks like we get a real Democrat in the 7th. Wild seems way better to me than Morganelli. The question becomes, can she win the district… I am certainly hoping she will.

  2. I had the misfortune of having to listen to Fox News at the dentist’s yesterday and they were raging over the ‘judicial overreach’ of the redrawn PA districts. They must be running scared now.

    • Lol! Like they were going to fix the gerrymandered districts themselves. Too funny.
The district shapes were just bizarre. Anyway, it all worked out. R’s have a slight geographical advantage since most D’s are crammed into cities. But it’s so much fairer now.
Not surprised that Fox is doing a “I’m melting! I’m melting!” thing. But they act like their right to have all the districts is R’s by some kind of natural law. In perpetuity. And we D’s were just supposed to suck it up.
They really are the most arrogant people.

  3. You got to wonder what is going on with her.

    • She got ratio’ed for it deservedly. I also dislike all these reporters pretending to be objective but trying to skew public opinion with what they disseminate. Along these lines, the other thing these fucking media people are doing is to say ‘nothing matters with his base’ ‘they will stick with him no matter what’; how big is his base? how do they know? These reporters should be talking about all his corruption in a such a way as to instill fear of criminality in him and they are woefully lacking. Avenatti has done more to expose trump’s corruption and criminality in very little time than all these people put together. Shame on these media fuckers.
