Scenes from an Easter

Hi guys, I’m in York County, PA, (in the belly of the beast?) for Easter. Here’s a little bit of what we’ve been up to:

It started yesterday with the sheet masks:

In preparation for this afternoon’s gorging, I hit the treadmill in the basement and ran a little. Going to try the 5K for this year’s Race for a Cure:

I made a salad with strawberries, tangerines, feta and almonds with a poppyseed dressing.

It was delish and was perfect with the ham and turkey breast. And macaroni and cheese, green bean casserole, baked potatoes with butter and sour cream.

Then dessert: a French Creme cake from The Oakmont Bakery @OakmontBakery:

Finally, one of my newest family members crocheted some smartphone pockets:

She has to add the tail and a strap before she sends it to me.

So, a good time was had by all.
