    • Week-end Wrap – Political Economy – September 27, 2020
by Tony Wikrent Slouching toward denouement Capitulation Will Not Halt Trump’s Coup David Sirota, September 24, 2020 An important review of political events last week. Yoy may not agree with Sirota’s interpretation, but his analyses has proven correct repeatedly. Remember that Sirota accurately outlined the future course of American politics in his 2008 book […]

Cadet Bone Spurs would’ve rushed the shooter

Or so he says. What do you need police for if they’re just going to do nothing like cowards, amirite?

President Trump claimed Monday that he would have rushed into the Florida high school during the mass shooting earlier this month there that killed 17 people, and he called it “disgusting” that an officer assigned to the school didn’t enter the building while the attack was underway.

“I really believe I’d run in, even if I didn’t have a weapon,” Trump said during a White House meeting with governors from across the country, adding that he thinks the governors assembled also would have rushed into Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. “You never know until you’re tested,” he added.

He must have grown a pair since 2016 when this happened:

Omg, look how he grabs onto to the secret service guys like he was reaching for his mommy. Some alpha male.

Can someone please tell him it’s really insensitive to refer to the mentally ill as “sickos”? There’s no excuse for a grown man to be saying that to people who need our help and understanding.

Oh, right, we’re talking about Donald.

🙄

Never mind.

  1. Yeah, what a male specimen. Alpha male my ass. Mano a mano, my money would be on Melania, actually on any woman, especially a Mom. I can see her joyfully kicking the crap out of him. The Mango has no allegiance to anyone but himself, maybe Ivanka, but I suspect if helping even her required harm to himself, he would jackrabbit.

  2. When Cadet Bone Spurs declared that he would have ran into the school-unarmed-and everyone in the room didn’t roll around the floor convulsed in hooting, derisive laughter-well, we’re so far down the rabbit hole, there maybe no going back.

    • In the governor’s defense… perhaps they were all thinking about how it could be President Pence (not an improvement, but just saying)

    • Great. They really do have Rambo fantasies.

      • Actually, that’s an anti-wingnut parody–but then, it is hard to tell anti-wingnut parody from genuine wingnuttery these days.

  3. Off topic: 🙂

  4. Cadet Bone Spurs is this youngest (voting) generation’s Vietnam. Too bad that the attack and anguish come from within. But these kids are more aware, more knowledgeable, and smarter than trump and his cult. They have called BS and will call BS at these incompetent mfers.

  5. Yeah, watch Cadet Bone Spus body language. He does this in every meeting but here it appears so much more reflexive and strong.

  6. This was during the campaign. Makes me angry what media and trump cult have perpetrated on us.
