I hope the lawyers have had time to explain to Trump that Mueller has ALL of the emails and he got them with a warrant. And that is different from hacking into a server.

Trump himself has expressed frustration with the probe but has shown optimism that it will not touch him. He told associates recently that he harbors no deep concern over the investigation and noted that his lawyers talk with Mueller’s team regularly, according to a person who spoke with Trump last week and spoke on the condition of anonymity to describe a private conversation.
When pressed by two advisers to take the matter more seriously and asked why he is so confident in his lawyers, Trump brushed off the concerns. “He is living in his own world,” the person said, predicting that Trump would erupt at some point in 2018 if the probe continued to drag on.
Another associate said that even in private, Trump is “confident, even arrogant” that he has done nothing wrong.
I’m not surprised. This is a guy who has paid off or threatened anyone who dared challenge him. If you have enough money, the rules simply do not apply. One way or another, he’ll be exonerated. It’s just a freaking massive pain in the ass until then.
Thank god he has underlings to lash out at who will absorb all of his infantile tantrums.
I mean, that’s what underlings are for, amirite?

Trump people released this guy’s texts without DOJ’s permission to Fox. It may backfire as he may turn out to be the canary in the coal mines.

Meanwhile, I hope Mueller has shown his usual thoroughness by arranging contingency plans (for example, everything which he hasn’t already shared with Schneidermann and any other interested state AGs gets shared if Mueller gets fired).
I also hope his security is good. I don’t worry about Trump there, but rather Trump’s master, Tsar Vlad.
I hope he and his work are protected. Where are the Dems on framing this Russia thing? Except for the CA congress peoplewho are excellent, and Mark Warner and the CT guy occasionally, no one else comes on TV to sound alarm.

There are 10-12 sealed indictments already. I’m sure DOJ will inform Trump if he fires Mueller, those babies are unsealed NOW.
