    • Those Who Fall with Steve Bannon
One interesting note about the Cambridge Analytica story was on Bannon’s role: A few months later, in autumn 2013, Wylie met Steve Bannon. At the time, he was editor-in-chief of Breitbart, which he had brought to Britain to support his friend Nigel Farage in his mission to take Britain out of the European Union. What […]

Looking Into The Future

“Racism, xenophobia and unfair discrimination have spawned slavery, when human beings have bought and sold and owned and branded fellow human beings as if they were so many beasts of burden.”
–Desmond Tutu

John Oliver unpacks Ivanka and Jared Kushner.

I remember when we used to force “family businesses” out of countries for the benefit of their citizens. Do Ferdinand and Imelda Marcos ring a bell? How about Baby Doc and Michelle Duvalier?

just sayin’.

  1. I absolutely love John Oliver and the work he is doing. He has tremendous amount of integrity and courage, and frankly not hindered by sexism as some other bros on the left are.

  2. @RD: Troll cleanup on What Fresh Hell aisle again! 🙄

  3. Back in 2008, when the Democratic Party decided to take some of Hillary’s votes in primaries that did not conform to the DNC schedule and award them to the newbie, Barack, women were told to continue to support the party because of it’s support for a woman’s right to choose.

So Bernie and Thomas Perez must have missed the 2008 memo.

  4. The whole family just doesn’t care about anything. They have a complete disregard for laws or ethics. It’s one big self promotion campaign. Not that I’m shocked, but I haven’t heard a single thing about this administration trying to help other people. And the press just lets it slide and continues normalizing it all. It’s just not normal for there to be constant daily drama in a presidential administration.

  5. ‘Have your cake and eat it’ personified .. I hope it makes them sick .
