    • Those Who Fall with Steve Bannon
One interesting note about the Cambridge Analytica story was on Bannon’s role: A few months later, in autumn 2013, Wylie met Steve Bannon. At the time, he was editor-in-chief of Breitbart, which he had brought to Britain to support his friend Nigel Farage in his mission to take Britain out of the European Union. What […]

So the EPA won’t protect the environment anymore.

Trump is turning out to be as awful as we predicted.

And after teasing us in February, the weather has turned vicious on us.

But it will be spring soon. I promise. Sit back, make some hot tea and take a short hike with me on the Trillium Trail.

Disclosure: this was the first video I did from my own pics as a sort of an experiment to see how to upload to YouTube. It’s not meant to be perfect. But the music is great and I think I got every shade).

  1. No bad renditions of this song … And well timed .. Great interlude for this day

    Thanks for the effort

  2. Trump is turning out to be as awful as we predicted.

And as stupid as predicted too. He may have a knack for something but that is not for winning the fight with the creme de la creme of this country, namely the judiciary. Like I said in another comment, he is not a lawyer and his closest minions are not lawyers and the ones that are are dumb, and dumber (my hubs said failed lawyers become politicians at least on the R side). Take a look in the travel ban context, it is so easy kick this mfer and his racist ideas to the curb:

    • RD, stuck in spam… thanks!

      • I got my hip waders on and checked the spam filter. There’s nothing in there. Are you sure you posted it?

        • I think you fished the comment above which showed up as being moderated, as I posted this message. Thanks, RD. I really appreciate this blog — gives me a place to share my thoughts. Impeachment can’t come soon enough. Did you see the video of Diane Feinstein after their SCIF briefing with Comey? Couple of articles said they (she and Grassley) both looked very serious.

  3. And this from the travel ban ruling (how exquisite is this?):

  4. I love this country and its sophistication. In fact, it may be too sophisticated for Trump and his supporters. What Trump says in that interview makes sense only superficially and you dig deeper, you find you can’t go down that path. But the instinct to dig deeper comes from that additional sophistication.

  5. another gem…{but as the twitter reply says, Trump will say FU to the courts — hope the damage to this country is not irreversible}.

  6. I forgot the topic, because I went on this hike with you, and it and the perfect song , was such a 5 minute cleansing, and purging of all my anxiety ..that I forgot.
Thank you RD for that …I loved every minute of it. And hopefully, I’ll go back there again.

  7. Lovely song, gorgeous scenery!
    Thanks RD…
