    • Spring of a Down, by Stirling Newberry, Chapters 1-3

Enough with the rain already

Screenshot 2014-06-13 17.55.01This is the fifth day of cloudy, cloudy with a touch of drizz, cloudy with thunderstorms or cloudy with thunderstorms followed by soaking rains.  I’ve been waiting forever to do some painting outside the house and the garage keeps getting flooded, which means the foundation there needs some repair as well. Cha-ching!  It’s driving me crazy.

What’s the weather like where you are?

  1. Rain off and on after 12, T-storm around 5. The missus reported from the shore storms @ 9PM.

The sad thing about rain is if the Baltimore Orioles get canceled and WSBA goes with the regular AM Hate programming.

  2. Here in Southern California? You don’t want to know. 😛 (Although, here too, it’s too much of a good thing.)

  3. Chilly but beautiful. Hey, kind of like me!

  4. They keep predicting rain — lots of rain. Then it melts away to nothing. Or actually does rain for a full day or more. We might as well not listen to weather reports. I don’t think they know anything.
