    • A quarter of the people in Greece — and U.S. — can’t afford food
A recipe for revolution, if you ask me: No matter where you’re from, not having enough to eat is the ultimate signifier of economic distress. Food is the base of Maslow’s hierarchy. It’s the first concern in disaster zones. It’s usually the last thing to go — after the car and the nice apartment — [...]

  1. I speak Occupied Wall Street English.

  2. ahhhh,,,,, but where are the kitties?

I image those outlier NYC cats are keeping the rats from the tents :)

  3. Hey, it’s horribly, horribly premature to involve politics at this stage. Nothing to see here folks, just keep on Occupying..

    • Would you like some cheese with that whine, Mr. Catfish? :P

    • Hey, Catfish, glad to see you again. it looks like you just can’t quit us. ;-)
(I think we’re wearing him down, conflucians)

Give them time at the member to member level. One thing some Zucotti OWS people wanted, was to change the two-party system….

  4. Before I vote I need to know if that baby is saying what the f*ck or win the future. My vote will be determined by the answer.
But seriously, you expect me to chose between babies and doggies? I can’t do it.

  5. RD, email me ASAP. I have something to send you…. Thanks…

  6. Get more of the ordinary folks photos out there to counter the Faux Spews plants in the crowd.

  7. Last night, in Liberty Square they had a parents support OWS night. Lots of toddlers were listening to music, older kids playing chess – it was quite a sight!

Check out the occupy banner project.

    • Yeah, I was going to add that to this blog but I don’t seem to have a plugins option in my settings. Maybe it has to do with the current theme we’re using. It may be time for an overhaul. I know that Katiebird has been itching to try something new. ;-)
