The Chicago Thugs are measuring the drapes

Lynn Sweet from the Chicago Sun-Times reports that Obama’s Thug crew is moving on up already -Chicago  Quid Pro Quo style:

Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. endorsed by Chicago Defender to replace Obama in Senate

WASHINGTON–As Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-Ill.) noted Sunday, he
believes it is pre-mature to speculate who Gov. Blagojevich will tap to  replace Barack Obama if he is elected president. Nonetheless, the Chicago Defender called for Jackson to succeed Obama, and the lawmaker blasted out the news in an e-mail.

Others in the top tier for Blagojevich to consider:
Illinois Veterans Affairs chief Tammy Duckworth
Rep. Jan Schakowsky (D-Ill.)

Rahm Emanuel on being President Obama chief of staff; interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos

WASHINGTON–With
Barack Obama’s lead growing and John McCain’s path shrinking,
speculation is growing about who will serve in an Obama White House. On
Sunday, ABC’s George Stephanopoulos asked Rep. Rahm Emanuel (D-Ill.)
whether he would be interested in serving as Obama’s chief of staff.
Emanuel did not rule it out.

Former Clinton White House chief of staff John Podesta—a native of
Chicago’s North Side–is quietly overseeing Obama’s transition
operation, dealing with personnel, policy and process. The transition
operation commissioned white papers on how to turn campaign promises
into action; arranging security clearance for those involved in the
handover; figuring decision time lines out how the executive office
should be organized.

Obama has been pondering transition matters since at least last
April, I have learned, with activity stepped up as it looked more
likely he will win. The Obama team has been trying to keep all
transition matters secret for fear of raising the hubris factor
.

UPDATE:

Other names being mentioned for Obama White House Chief of Staff are former Sen. Tom Daschle (D-S.D.), whose own team made up the core of the Obama operation; real estate executive Valerie Jarrett, the confidant of Michelle and Obama who has known them for years and banker William Daley, the former Commerce Secretary and Mayor Daley’s brother.

This is not the party I once supported and knew.  This is a complicit and systematical Chicago Machine takeover on the national scale – at all costs.   This Neo-Democratic thug crew is measuring the drapes and cutting their pieces of their pie while our votes are thrown in the trash.   This is their reward for a “job well done” – for pissing on Democracy, Free Speech and Women Rights, among so many other rights the current 2008 DNC has violated.   And God help me, as long as I have breath in me, I’ll resist it to the end.

  1. SM, I remember that a commenter here in April said she had a friend on Obama’s “Transition Team” — The guy was planning his administration way back then!!

  2. So, Jessie Jackson Jr. will be the next nominee after Obama?

  3. So, the DNC is NOW run from CHICAGO from here on in?

  4. KBird: I think I vaguely remember that a commenter did speak that it was already in the works – well Lynn Sweet just confirmed it.

  5. NEW SIGN: WOMEN NEED NOT APPLY (you can however campaign for us)

  6. Woman Voter: YES, it physically is now run from Chicago – and now all the Chicago thugs are running it.

They are Democracy criminals. The Chicago Machine can’t earn something rightfully, they have to steal it to win.

  7. I want to puke. We are being bullied by the Mob and Thugs and some people are content on selling us down the river.

GOD SAVE AMERICA from these creeps!

    CAROL HAKA

  8. We know BO’s former pastor knows the one about “chickens coming home to roost,” I wonder if BO has ever heard of the one that starts “Don’t count your chickens…”

  9. sm77 – have you voted yet????????

  10. I just listened to some audio of an interview Obama gave back in 2001 about his ideas of redistributing the wealth. It is in one word:

    S

    H

    O

    C

    K

    I

    N

    G

The video was just posted on YouTube today and has the shockig audio of Obama in the interview. If this gets out to the general public, it could sink Obama’s campaign.

Have a lsiten and spread the word:

  11. Umm, wasn’t it Jesse Jackson Jr. who made a lot of noise about Hillary not crying for Katrina victims, implying that she is a racist?

Do I want Jesse Jackson Jr. in the Senate?

  13. RD: YES – that is the SAME EXACT ONE~!

  14. NO!!! NO!!! NO!!! NO!!!
This is not my party. My party will not end up like this. No. No. No. I will not accept this. I will resist. This is America.
    NO!!!!

  15. Carol – not yet but I will on Election Day.

I have major issue with early voting and not voting within my district (in FL ANYTHING can happen).

  16. Go vote. It is the easiest way to put a stop to this business.

I’ve already cast my vote for women, minorities and, John&Sarah. I’ve done my part.

  17. Okay…how stupid are these people?

I have never heard of anyone with less political acumen than Obama and anyone who associates with him.

So you think that acting like the election is an unnecessary formality and distraction makes you MORE likely to win? Really?

How’d that work out in the primary? Sadly, we just don’t have the same corrupt hacks in positions to overturn the will of the electorate in the general.

Obama and the MSM seem to think the American people are victims of mass hypnosis.

    He seems confidant.

  26. Sadly, if I remember it correctly, pretending that the primary election was over in Feb. and pushing forward as if O winning was a done deal actually seemed to work pretty well. How I pray to every God in the universe that is not true now.

  27. US just launched a raid inside Syria. I wonder whose idea this was? Each day we keep getting closer to the brink. The fact that Obama may be in charge of all this is daunting.

  28. Um, is Blagojevich going to do the ‘tapping’ on his prison cell bars? Anybody know Morse code for “JJJr” ?

He will not be in charge.

  30. The thought of Jesse Jackson Jr. being in the Senate and Emil Jones son has been tapped to take his place in the IL legislature is just another worthwhile reminder of just what is going down.

They have made their deals and we will be watching the Chicago way take seed throughout the nation. ACORN is just the beginning of this corrupt about to be administration. I feel dirty just thinking about it.

  31. PAT: OMG!!!!!!!!

This is – I think – the thingy that Biden was talking about.

  32. “Sadly, if I remember it correctly, pretending that the primary election was over in Feb. and pushing forward as if O winning was a done deal actually seemed to work pretty well.”

Not with the voters, it didn’t.

  33. Jangles, but there are no caucuses or super delegates in the general election. So don’t despair. We’re on the homestretch!

  34. fuzzy is depressed!

  35. What a giant fustercluck we seem to be heading into, Pat. Time for me to get cracking on that TX secession deal?

  36. I wish I had the same strong conviction that he will not win but the very fact that voter fraud has been identified so early and nothing can change what has already been done because of people like the Ohio Secy of State standing in the way among others does not make for comfort that a fair and balanced election is about to take place.

That’s right. Done deal. He can cheat and thug all he wants, but the dirty can’t win everything.

  38. GXM: I hope to God so. THIS IS DESPICABLE.

It’s all a quid pro quo for HIS PEOPLE. Even a damn real estate executive who’s Michelle’s best friend on the presidential cabinet???

    NEO-CONs in Democrat clothing.

  39. The biggest danger we face is a complete breakdown of faith in the Fourth Estate. Which is already happening. For very good reason.

  40. I hope the MSM runs away with this and gets going on these plans and appointments like it is over. I think that will piss off the American people even more than they already are.

  41. Maybe it’s all the cough syrup I drank, but wasn’t Rahm Emanuel despised by Obamanation when this death march campaign started?

  42. Before I head to bed, I wanted to say: Keep the faith folks. We’re almost there! And no matter what happens, we’re all in this together.

  43. There is very little moral outrage being displayed by those who should be out front on this. As a nation we are being sold down the tubes in favor of his win.

Don’t assume that he cannot squeeze 8 years out of this because I will remain convinced that he only “won” by sheer fraud the first term. No stopping them for the second. And God only knows what the next 12 months will bring us.

I am not feeling confident tonight at all.

  44. I listened to the video Ironman posted on Obama’s interview in 2001, as a State Senator, which got into Obama’s views on economic “redistribution” — especially as it relates to “civil rights”.

I’d like to see some explanation from Obama as to exactly what he was intending here. Let him give an honest explanation of what he meant. Let some honest reporter — if any can be found in the land of the free and the home of the brave — ask him those questions.

  47. How long has this campaign been going on?

It seems like forever since the primaries ended, and we were exhausted then.

SM77 – Did you know that there was an attempt on the life of the Repub candidate ( Eddie Adams ) running against Kathy Castor. Castor backed BO against Hillary even when Florida went overwhlemingly for Hillary. Eddie is black and has a good chance of winning. A mattress was tied up under his truck and somehow was set on fire. He was driving the truck and just barely got out in time but was burned on his forearms and his hair and face were singed. 70. LizGranny – I didn’t know that! And he’s running against Castor in my district!!!!!!!!!

    OMG. That’s terrible! I hope he’s ok.

  71. Hi – the video/audio of Obama talking about is interesting, but tie it together

    1. Look what he says about Reparations in the syllubus:

“More recently, some white commentators have also supported a variant of the reparations concept — for example, the government financing a Community Reinvestment funds that would be controlled by the black community and render affirmative action obsolete. Do such proposals have any realistic chance of working their way through the political system? Would there be any legal impediments to such a broadly-concieved reparations policy?”

If he wrote this in 1996, he was still heavily influenced by Jeremiah Wright. “Community Reinvestment funds to be controlled by the black community” ?

    2. Campaign trail in 2008 he mentions reparations

    http://starbulletin.com/2008/07/28/news/story05.html

“I personally would want to see our tragic history, or the tragic elements of our history, acknowledged,” the Democratic presidential
    hopeful said.

“I consistently believe that when it comes to whether it’s Native Americans or African-American issues or reparations, the most important thing for the U.S. government to do is not just offer words,
    but offer deeds.”

But honestly, I don’t know if it will make a difference.

  72. jfair: I have no interest in arguing positions with you. And if Obama is your candidate based on whatever reason you choose to attribute to him, fine, that is your right. But based on fraudulent wins via caucus votes, the disenfranchisement of both MI and FL voters that actually took votes from Hillary Clinton, the overwhelming timidity of the MSM who refuse to question or criticize this candidate, the ra*cial slurs heaped on his opposition by his supporters, the threats and intimidation also practiced against anyone who may have a difference of opinion, his ties to people who are quite frankly a little suspect are enough for me to step back and say no.

Add his inexperience and unqualifications to the mix and the luster wears thin. Your pointing out that the white man has not done well by the country either is something I can agree with. There are few and far between whose opinion is not colored by corporate interests and a longing to hold onto power. But in my humble opinion, Barack Obama is not ready to lead. He might have been had he spoken out against the sexism that was heaped upon Hillary Clinton or if he had spoken out against the vulgarity and cheap shots administered by his supporters against Sarah Palin.

I hope you understand that my vote is not for McCain but against Obama.

  73. Fuzzy – I left him a nice note above to watch it.

I just think his post is so full of the Kool-Aid, it’s HILARIOUS!

Makes me want to vote against Obama even MORE.

  74. I think we should pour gasoline and spread the fires of speculation about the Obama cabinet. We should think about what appointments would point the most to change (and perhaps a little internal friction among the Super D Dems who have all been licking their chops at the prospects.

So JJackson Jr. for the Senate.
I go for the Real Estate woman, friend of Michelle for Chief of Staff
It might be too much audacity to appoint Ayres to Education but he could pick an acolyte that he could guide on the side. Maybe someone who got trained in that famous Annenberg project. Homeland Security—now that has to go to someone from Chicago.
Likewise, Rezko is too much audacity in Housing and Urban Affairss but he must know a lot of guys in the business.
Of course, we can’t pick everyone from Chi Town. What pick could start a circular firing squad among the CA, NY, MA, Black Caucus and the Unions?
    This could be great fun.

  75. thanks little Isis- I believe with all my heart Obama will lose but if he does will I lose some of my best friends too?

As I said I would not throw gasoline on the MF’er if he was on fire!

    S’mores any one….

I want to see 250,000 crying individuals in grant park in chicago on November 4th! I want them to hurt as bad as I dind on May 31st 2008!

  76. LizGranny: I know that Castor endorsed Obama right after the primaries after Hillary won our state hands down.

She’s known as a Pelosi groupie but one thing she did do was help get some federal funds to help foreclosed families. I was on the fence on voting for here or Eddie because of our 30% solution, but I might just change my mind.

  77. Catfish: Now Obama is against Reparations – he even FLIP FLOPPED on that!

  78. APRIL?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! What an arrogant pr*ck. Just like the primaries–the voters are irrelevant.

Jesse Jackson Jr. was the a-hole pushing the four-page memo to journalists that compiled the supposed rac*st slurs by the Clintons. He was also the one who said HRC could shed a tear for NH, but not for the victims of Katrina. If they succeed, we are exchanging one bunch of thugs for another. God bless America.

  79. It is the voter fraud that has me worried. Remember the mayor of Gary Indiana as an example? They only need a few thousand in most states to declare a “win”. Tampering, intimidation, and downright theft is not something we have not already witnessed.

It is not the public overall that troubles me as much as the possibility of out and out fraud that is already part of the this election.

And a compliant DNC only helps to seal the deal.

  80. Fuzzybear and Pat Johnson: it is easy to get down; we are in troubled times. I want to reach out to both of you especially because so often you have uplifted me. Yes, we are in a fight. It IS tiring. It IS hard. It IS painful. It can be scary and depressing. Nobody has to be tough every minute, nobody human can be. The key is to just keep pressing on, even if sometimes all that means is hanging on.

  81. Wow…the audio on You Tube is pretty damning. I put it up on my blog.

    Mountain Sage

  82. My husband and I were discussing this earlier. It seems to us that this election is unique in recent times to the extent that the Democratic party is divided and a significant portion of it feels strongly against the Dem candidate. At this point, Obama bringing any Republicans on board is out the window. So what will he do to replace the lost votes from the Dems (who in other elections would actually have voted for a Dem)? I just don’t think the numbers are there for him to win.

  83. Pat Johnson, voter fraud IS a real problem. We saw that in 2000 and in 2002 in Ohio. I know many people who are working for Election Protection this year. But it is frustrating, sad, and scary that we can’t even trust the Democrats to care about the franchise.

It will be all right in the end fuzzy. Karma will catch up to that man and his supporters in the worst way, and that will be him losing. Hyde Park and Chicago will never be the same again, and what will the Democratic Party do with itself?
What will the MSM, and Obama himself do? There are tough times ahead, but America has weathered the storm before. We can weather it again.

That’s the point – everyone who he’s choosing should Obama win is a morally and politically corrupt cog of the Chicago Machine.

Even Mayor Daley’s brother sakes!!!!!!! Michelle’s real estate exec? What did she do for a living? Work for Rezko?

  103. Re Obama, Bush, and election fraud – here’s an outtake from a post I just put up on my blog (it isn’t in the post – it fell on the cutting room floor, but it is pertinent to what folks here are worrying about): But precisely what I do not want to do is empower another President who is willing to accept that office even if the he is not genuinely elected to the position. The last person who did that was George W. Bush, and I think he has behaved as shamelessly as anybody who would assume the Presidency under false pretenses could be expected to behave.

The Republican is making headway with middle- and working- class voters, and has surged 10 points in two days among those earning between $30,000 and $75,000. McCain Wins!!!! (Obama cries)

  110. Pat:

America is a nation of people who weren’t wanted somewhere else.

    Look how that worked out.

  111. I am sure that he will be defeated the catholic church sent a memo to its faithful masses( no pun intended) I dont know what it said but Catholic support for Obama is down 15 points by the churches own internal polling according to my mother.

The Chhurch is worried that its flock is being lied to about Obama and his standing on not just abortion and life issues but also on issue of his character and social justice. Mom volenteers at the office of the Bishop Dioceses on Pensacola Tallahasse.

She called with this news for me yesterday….

I thought I might share it for you all and Hiedi Li…you might be able to get confirmation of what the office told my mom.

  112. Heidi Li: you were writing your comment your comment about using judicial powers to grant “women’s rights the same protections granted to other historically oppressed groups” just as I was writing my response re: the same to our friend jfair!

We all really are of like mind in this movement. Why do we seem to have this clear, selective perception in the midst of so much delusion? We arrived at the party after the Kool Aid punchbowl was empty?

  113. Just to add to the confusion (Conflusion?)…know who would have the last word on any Obama cabinet decision? The lovely Meechelle. Bet anything on it. That woman is the Obama.

Accepting what is undemocratic and shrugging it off.

    We all lose.

  135. LizGranny – thanks for the info on Eddie – now I have to vote against Castor – I knew she was a Pelosi wannabe but I didn’t know it was that bad!

  136. Her life story was so sad. A mother who rejected her. A father she adored who died when she was young. A marriage to a man she loved who was unfaithful. A domineering mother in law who pushed her aside and took over the care of her children. A first rate brain that was overlooked.

When she stood tall for Marian Anderson it was at a time that this was not encouraged. She was a lady to the end. I have the most utmost respect for her as she was another one who kept on going despite the odds and disappointments.

  137. I have had a soft spot for the catholic church because it is trying not to become irrelivant in the modern world. It has attempted changes and I is a living organism. I believe that it will come around on allowing women full partisipation in the sacrements and it will eventually even soften its stand and move to acceptance of it lesbian and gay members…

As to abortion and euthenasia I doubt those stands will change as will its stand on the death penalty. We may not like its stand on these issues but they are consistant in their life phylosophy. On matters of life and death only God gets to to make that decision/

  138. Haka Haka Haka Haka Haka…

  139. Jumping the gun, isn’t he?

When was the election? Or are we skipping that step now like the Constitutional requirements for a president? IF the mystery man of many aliases manages to worm his way into Our White House, democracy will have perished.

  140. Pat: That poetry you use to describe the JJ Jr.—it is so——-God I just can’t think of the word. I too am an Eleanor fan. What would Eleanor think about this Democratic party?

BTW. I think that one can no longer appoint a family member to a cabinet position. I think that change happened after Bobby Kennedy. I could be wrong on that.

  142. Pish Posh!!

  143. To all those who haven’t already read it, Leadership, the Eleanor Roosevelt Way, by Robin Gerber.

    Excellent.

  144. I didn’t realize that Rahm Emanual was from Chicago when he orchestraed the Dem taken over of Congress in 06. What is his background ? Was he friends with Rezko ? Sorry, I don’t feel like googling now.

  145. The Catholic Church will not become relevant until it becomes inclusive. I do not see this happening anytime soon and I say this as a Catholic. Women are still treated as secondary and gays are not welcome.

Male dominance will always be the overriding factor and as the faithful continue to drop off and seek comfort elsewhere it will take them a few more centuries of empty coffers before they come around.

I love Eleanor half to death. I watched a really recent biography documentary on her, and she was a really complicated person.

People are beginning to think she was bisexual, because they’re finding archive love letters to both women and men she had affairs with. (btw, she and FDR had very separate private lives.)

I am bisexual myself, so it only makes me love her more.

Ditto what you said: If I grow up to be half the woman she was, I’ll be happy when I die.

  147. Pat, the rejection and disappointment Eleanor R suffered undoubtedly played a big part in making her the admirable woman she became. It’s not the Gwynneth Paltrows of this world who end up in the history books.

  151. I read Eleanor and Franklin by Losey. It brought out the human side to this complex relationship. This is a woman who lived with a lot of personal hurt yet achieved a place in the world of her own making.

  152. Eleanor R. was also a significant voice concerning Jews in Europe and what Hitler was doing to them. She was a significant voice and constant pressure on Franklin about the lynchings of AAs—an important reason why many became Dems at that time even though her speaking out (in her columns syndicated nationally) and to FDR did not have the end she wanted. One our greatest 1st ladies.

  153. Thanks all – I’d be feeling pretty damned isolated without you.
I still think that the divided govt argument is the most effective with my still-persuadable friends, esp. given the possibility of the Dems getting 60 seats in the Senate (filibuster-proof). McCain is starting to raise it on the stump.
BTW, why is Sarah Palin campaigning in Iowa? Do they know something the MSM doesn’t?

  154. Karol: You didn’t get the memo on the election? Obama is tired. Toot is struggling and MO needs to get on with her wardrobe selections. Try to keep up; we’re in fast forward.

  155. What would Eleanor think about this Democratic party?

She would be very proud of Hillary–a true Eleanor legacy.

Experience is what you get when you didn’t get what you wanted.

  167. Taking the stream of consciousness a bit further…. Has anyone else visited FDR’s winter White House in Warm Springs, GA? There’s a small museum on the grounds filled with homemade – and often homely – gifts sent to the Roosevelts by Americans, many of which were laboriously crafted from what was at hand, from very inexpensive materials. The sight of those simple gifts brought me to tears. They were obviously sent to Washington in the belief that they would be appreciated. And they were. Why have we moved so very far away from that sort of heartfelt sincerity?

  168. Good night Heidi.

Hillary also wore a button, I can’t remember exactly what it said, that was a quote of Eleanor’s: something about how being ridiculed meant you were doing something right. Eleanor was treated terribly by the press–so was FDR. They tried to force him out of the party. The more things change…

    I’m off too all.

  169. An early “mea culpa” or well.,.. apology for his fellow “journalists”…that is worth reading.

I can only assume the media is full of peopel who were really unpopular in high school and who’ve yet to get over it, so they want to hang with teh “kewl new guy” over anyone with substance.

Again, I expect an Obama win and four totally ahh..I’l be polite and say “Screwed up” years, and then back come the Republicans only this time..forget the notion of anyoen like McCain who doens’t play solely by the right-wing rule book, the Rep party will go back to its hard right wing social issues core and well we’ll be back to gay-bashing and flag-burning and other such “critical” issues.

  170. I pictured myself entering the voting booth on November 4th doing the Tim Conway shuffle. Not now. I will be first in line come election day and will gladly cast my anti vote for McCain.

No I don’t need no designer tag to make my man want me
    You might think I’m trashy

  176. Kat5 – yes, we went to Warm Springs a few years ago. It was one of the places I read about as a child but never thought I’d see. Did you know that it’s a state of Georgia historic site, not a Fed site?
They have an annual Fala lookalike contest around this time of year, FYI.
The simplicity of the place really got me. One floor, only a few rooms, handicap accessible (a novelty back then) with a huge deck overlooking the mountains. No trappings. No frills. Elegant. Like the man himself.

  177. Me too Pat this race is too important….I want to tell those koolaid drinkers that:

“I am the responsible one, I defeated barak obama, I brought him down, I took the prize from his grasping hand, that which he felt so entitled! I did it not with a knofe or a gun not but trickery or dishonest deed or duplicity…NO I did it with the strongest of weapons know to man I did it with my vote my civic voice! I was a terrible wicked thing I did but I feel spotless as a lamb!”

  184. IBD/TIPP Tracking Poll: Day Fourteen
    Posted: Sunday, October 26, 2008

McCain shaved 0.7 point off Obama’s lead Sunday, with undecideds starting to commit. McCain opened a 13-point lead with married women, but – thanks to his 41-point (and growing) lead with singles — Obama still had a double-digit advantage among women overall. McCain reached a new high with conservatives, but Obama led for the first time among seniors.

    43.3 (MAC) to 46.5 (BO)

The IBD Poll (best one out there) has shown this race to be between 3 and 4 pts.

  185. what is the purpose of this blog smear?? What is inappropriate about having those who worked for your campaign and helped get the candidate elected serve in a future White House??? Clinton did not do that? what about the gang of kids he brought in with him?
Riverdaughter, your whole blog has become a big joke – keep cranking out the attacks on Obama, but get used to seeing his name with a big fat title in front of it after Nov 4th.
I would think that it would by now have become so tedious for you and your posters to even think up possible subjects for your feeble-minded comments. Nothing new, ever – same old attack obama, praise Hillary, attack the DNC.
At least provide solid proof of all the sexist comments and behavior made by Obama (and no, not the phantom ‘finger’ or ‘should brushing’ aimed supposedly at Hillary or the ‘periods when she is down’ – all of which are absolute lies that you and your supporters insist on believing to be what you want them to be).
Come one…give me one solid piece of evidence of corrupt and mysogynistic Obama and his wife.

  186. BACKTRACK WILL LOSE BIG TIME////////////////
Do not forget while he is planning the drapes, there is an old saying ” man plans and God laughs”
Do not forget the silent wave across the country.
Now everybody pick up your chins and keep on trucking.
Too many of those people for many many years fought to keep this country free to let a thug from chitown bring it down.

    COUNTRY BEFORE PARTY ALWAYS

    PUMAS,BUBBAS,AND THOSE PEOPLE RULE.

  187. You folks with the Blogs and other ways and means of speaking out better then start laying strategies and defenses for combatting the efforts that will be directed to silence you.

  188. Sharon’s comment:

    1) misses the point of the post
    2) rant, i.e. pejoratives…
    3) demands evidence (foot tapping)

    Assertions sans arguments…

Anyway, did Obama ever reproach his “follower’s” behavior? No, not at all.

  189. goesh

“You folks with the Blogs and other ways and means of speaking out better then start laying strategies and defenses for combatting the efforts that will be directed to silence you.”

A “new America” where the freedom of dissent is only the right of those who have the “correct” ideas.

    Is that a threat, goesh?

  190. Sharon,
Even though some basic principles seem to be lost on the pea brained Obamaniacs, I think that even the dumbest of all should have enough sense to realize that this is a site in which the defeat of your Precious is not only intended but also sought after with passion.

So, since this is the case, why would you waste any second of your precious time bothering to write anything to post here? Don’t you have your cat’s litter box to clean, or something?

Anyway, since you seem to have plenty time to present in all its splendor the wonders of the newest ruler on the block, instead of asking anyone to give you “solid proof” in re to little things like corruption and misogyny, why don’t you do it yourself?

    PUMAS Rock!

P.S. BTW, I usually make it a point of not feeding the trolls—but it is late, I’m still awake because my little girl needed to go potty at a very nasty hour and, while trying to enjoy myself reading my favorite blog with my favorite PUMAs and finding myself being forced by your entry to read another pyrrhic defense of your Precious, have come to realize the obvious. Yeah, that you guys have had it too easy simply because people would rather ignore you than play back and forth idiotic games.
So, this is it—even though you may respond with another idiocy, I’m going to go back into that ignoring mode that serves us (all) so very well. Over and out.

  191. Sharon honey, you are so brainwashed that Obama nation could call you a $*&#@ and you would say “Thank you”. Think for yourself for once in your life.

  192. “your whole blog has become a big joke”

Really? We’re closing in on 4 million hits.

    How’s your blog doing?

  193. I know that things do not look good at this moment, but there are some state polls that, at least in my judgement, that indicate a ray of hope. The Zogby polls in the battleground states show McCain ahead in two and tied in Florida, with most of the rest within the margin of error. Its an indication the polls are closing and if it continues until election day, they all will be fairly close. Remember NH and remember the primaries where Hillary knocked him senseless in the late one’s. Some of this could have been the so called Bradley-Wilder effect, is so McCain has a shot at winning. I am a long time Democrat and I want Hillary to have a chance in 2012. I am also very scared of Obama. I do not trust him and I believe that some of his past associates gives you a view into this person, it does not bode well for our country.

  194. Good grief – are they in total control???
This information needs to get out to the general public somehow. This is an abomination.
