I sincerely believe that Obama for America intends to try to steal the presidential election, just as George W. Bush did in 2000. Obama’s track record proves that he has absolutely zero integrity and an utter disregard for democratic prinicples. That is the primary reason that I do not support him and think that he would be a danger to our country, and perhaps put the final nail in the coffin of our democratic process. People like Bush and Obama want to make voters irrelevant. They care only about the corporate vote, which is cast not with a ballot, but with a greenback.
They still need to pretend, however, that the voters actually did make the final decision. Obama can only use his shills in the media to get him close to the finish line. That provides the cover for when the “ground game” comes in and makes sure that the actual vote count is in their favor.
Republicans and Democrats have different methods for doing this. But make no mistake, both sides do it. The republicans like “vote caging”, which effectively eliminates their opposition’s voters from the rolls. The Democrats prefer to inflate their voter turnout by mainpulating and falsifying voter registration forms. This can lead to people voting “early and often” or votes from the “living impaired”, or even voting for people who do not bother to show up to vote.
In a conference call with reporters, Del. Jeffrey M. Frederick (R-Prince William), the chairman of the state party, seized on the arrests last week of three paid canvassers charged with submitting false names on voter registration forms in Hampton.
The controversy comes during one of the most aggressive efforts in a generation to register new voters, especially African Americans, in Virginia.
Convinced that there are tens of thousands of unregistered African Americans and otherwise Democratic-leaning Virginia residents, the Democrats are trying to register 151,000 new voters before the Oct. 6 deadline. A dozen other private organizations have sent canvassers into the streets to register voters. Democrats think this is their best chance of carrying the state in a presidential election since 1964.
Frederick said the criminal charges in Hampton prove that some groups are trying to register voters through fraudulent means. “Unfortunately, there appears to be a coordinated and widespread effort in Virginia to commit voter fraud,” he said.
Frederick said the state Republican Party has obtained an affidavit from a Richmond woman who contends that her Social Security number was used by someone who was trying to register to vote.
This is happening in many battleground states. Obama is attempting to “cross the finish line” by falsifying voter registration rolls, and if anyone calls him on it, he screams racism. Pretty sneaky, right? In fact, I am quite alarmed to find out that this is happening in my own county. First of all, take a look at the voter registration activity going on in my area. Within a 50 mile radius of my house, there are 263 “events” being held by Obama for America. Most of these are voter registration events.
But these events are not all run by the campaign itself. They are aided by nefarious groups such as ACORN, whose history of voter fraud has been covered here and here, from the WSJ, which actually ties ACORN to recently failed Fannie and Freddie.
Operating in at least 38 states (as well as Canada and Mexico), Acorn pushes a highly partisan agenda, and its organizers are best understood as shock troops for the AFL-CIO and even the Democratic Party. As part of the Fannie Mae reform bill, House Democrats pushed an “affordable housing trust fund” designed to use Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac profits to subsidize Acorn, among other groups. A version of this trust fund actually passed the Republican House and will surely be on the agenda again next year.
I have been generally ambivalent about the claims of voter fraud, because I believed that this was mainly a Republican tactic. I can’t afford to be that way any longer, especially since the vote that is stolen may very well be my own. I am a resident of Durham County and this is what I read in my local paper (free registration required) this morning:
The move by RNC Chief Counsel Sean Cairncross and Communications Director Danny Diaz followed a Herald-Sun report that Durham County Board of Elections Director Mike Ashe wants state officials to check about 80 voter registration forms for possible fraud.
The forms came from a group called the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now. The group is more commonly known by its acronym, ACORN…
Ashe’s move this week came after elections officials discovered that ACORN workers had registered a 14-year-old, claiming the youth was born in 1989. The minimum voting age is 18.
They also knew of “less than half a dozen” people who, after receiving a formal notice from the board telling them they’d registered, got in touch with officials to say they’d never filled out a registration form, Ashe said.
In addition, election workers also noticed that ACORN-submitted registration forms so far have included up to 125 duplicate names. It appeared that ACORN registrars — who are paid and subject to a per-shift quota — were using the same names repeatedly, Ashe said.
“I got like 15 Brenda Greens,” Ashe said. “We’re starting to get enough now that the names are looking familiar.”
Similar problems tied to ACORN have been reported this summer by media outlets in New Mexico and Ohio, which like North Carolina are battlegrounds and potential swing states in this year’s presidential election.
It is important to understand that Durham Co. is a Democratic bastion in an otherwise red state. This is not an investigation that is being led by GOP operatives. There must be some serious problems if it has gotten attention of both the local paper and the county’s board of elections director. In fact it appears that the GOP only chimed in after being tipped off by the Herald-Sun.
The Obama campaign may try to distance themselves from ACORN, but Obama has a long history with the group. In fact, much of his touted “community organizing” was done on behalf of the group.
Prior to law school, Barack Obama worked as an organizer for their affiliates in New York and Chicago. He always has been an ACORN person — meeting and working with them to advance their causes. Through his membership on the board of the Woods Fund for Chicago and his friendship with Teresa Heinz Kerry, Obama has helped ensure that they remain funded well.
Since he graduated from law school, Obama’s work with ACORN and the Midwest Academy has ranged from training and fundraising, to legal representation and promoting their work.
I have come to the conclusion that staying at home, or leaving the ballot blank for President could very well end up being a vote for Obama. The mere thought that this might occur is absolutely repugnant to me. Therefore I feel very strongly that I must vote for SOMEONE for President. I am in no way endorsing anybody, and honestly I’m still not sure who I intend to vote for. But I will vote for somebody, and it won’t be Obama.

I have been very impressed with the way bloggers here are able to criticize both parties.
Regarding the past history of Democratic voter suppression in the south, I find the site for the National Black Republican Association rich in information. All of us, including Obama supporters visiting here– especially Obama supporters– can learn a great deal from this information…
http://nbra.info/
Gary, I have had the same concerns about Obama cheating in this election.
I can only hope that fair minded individuals–whether Democrats, Republicans, or neither– have the resources to put a stop to it.
The Obama campaign schtick has always been registering new voters. To me, that strategy has implicitly referenced a potential for cheating.
And Obama’s track record isn’t one of integrity or of winning in the proverbial fair and square way. I can already foresee tons of absentee ballots headed into the hands of cogs in that infamous Chicago machine.
Ugh.
“Ashe’s move this week came after elections officials discovered that ACORN workers had registered a 14-year-old, claiming the youth was born in 1989. The minimum voting age is 18.”
This is going on in NV. In our phone banking, we called a house and was informed that her son is only 15, he can’t vote, and he wouldn’t fill out a voter registration form. Of course we report these.
At least your elections board is looking into it. Ours is so overwhelmed by new voter registrations that they’re not going to have time until after the election I’m sure.
There are numerous ways voter registration fraud can, and I’m sure, will occur in our State. It’s something that needs to be seriously addressed.
john, this isn’t the democratic party I knew, at least not here in NC. Like RD says “how many republican parties do we need?”
Gary, until this primary season, I, too thought that voter fraud and disenfranchsement were Republican tactics to harm Democrats. The May 31st travesty made me realize that the DNC Democrats are doing the same to other Democrats and anybody else in their way.
Since my vote was stolen in Florida in 2000, I have mostly chosen to use written absentee ballots in order to stop Republicans from stealing my vote. I live in Georgia now and this Super Tuesday, I had co-workers and volunteers at the HRC headquarters take pictures of me and my signed ballot. I took it to the courthouse and made the poor woman promise to count it. All of this was because I feared the Republicans would steal my vote for Senator Clinton because Obama would be so easy to beat. I expected that.
Knowing that my own party is capable of that and worse is sickening but I will do the same again. This time, however, there will be no pictures of me kissing my ballot because, this time, I will not be voting for Senator Clinton. I won’t try to influence anybody’s vote either but mine will not be Democratic.
Gary, this is illegal.
Shouldn’t they be called on this?
By somebody…and, the fact that no one is is quite sinister indeed.
This is not what voting looks like, and it is not what registering to vote looks like.
Unbelievable.
garychapelhill– if it’s not the Democratic party you knew, I’ll bet that you were born after 1965.
The truth is that for an entire century, Democrats enjoyed a “solid south” because of voter suppression– first the suppression of Republicans (especially black Republicans) by the original Ku Klux Klan, and later by the suppression of black Democratic voters during the freedom marches in the 1960s.
The theft will come in the VOTING MACHINES!
Whoever is in charge of the Voting machines in each and every area will have the key to getting it done.
For the time being, the movers and shakers are publicaly endorsing McCain. s, Rupert Murdoch, said yesterday. Obama has him worried.. more:
Pumas Unleashed
john, true…I was speaking of the modern Dem party. I was born in 1970
Actually, Gary, a vote for anyone other than McCain is a vote for Obama. And writing in Hillary’s name is a very bad idea in states which consider write-in votes party-generic. In other words, Hillary votes would be assigned to Obama (yeesh, it’s revolting to even type the latter).
As a veteran of both Chicago (7 years) and New Orleans (30 years), I can vouch that ACORN – among other “community organizing” groups – is well versed in strong arm tactics and not at all averse to employing them. Not to mention this organization’s more than passing acquaintance with basic fraud. Sort of an ‘ends justify the means’ ethos, which was simply rampant in New Orleans (too often the ‘ends’ were simply the lining of selected pockets). .
My hope is that Obama supporters with a conscience, perhaps learning this information for the first time, reconsider their position. Death threats, defamation, voter suppression, voter fraud, gang rape jokes, hacking of e-mail– these are Ku Klux tactics of which no decent person would want any part.
Is this a year of disillusionment or what? More and more I think the dems are just rotten to the core, and I always was one.
What makes it really interesting is that according to Robert Kennedy, Jr. and Greg Palast the Republicans are trying to steal the vote as well. It makes one wonder if their vote is worth anything at all.
Unfortunately the vote stealing by Obama started in the primary which is why he is the nominee.
Regardless of which party is trying to skew the vote, it’s WRONG and I want my vote to count.

Students who want to cheat will be able to. They more than likely have driver’s licenses from their home state, but will use other id to vote in the state of their school.
People will register with their business and home address.
I think they need to have a driver’s license that matches the voter’s registration or no vote.
Also, remember Obama is in jails and minimum security prisons registering non-felons.
They are going to cheat and try to cheat.
I am sick of these thugs.
I just watched Bill Maher. He continues to say the same lies over and over about Palin.
Andrew Sullivan was on also.
These people are “pigs”.
I don’t know yet what is in store for the Asians should Obama win the presidential race?
Aside: I was once in the studio audience for Bill Maher’s show many moons ago (‘94). He was such a diva. He had someone come out beforehand to ‘warm up the audience.’ As for him, he only turned on the presence when the camera was on him. As soon as they went to commercial – bzzzt – face like grim death and demand for makeup.
Have turned him off ever since.
Democracy is threatened in America by the 26th Amendment
I don’t care who anyone votes for as long as they are qualified and do not vote more than once!
I prefer they not vote for Obama – especially more than once.
college brats will vote for Obama though
Gary, I heard Betty-Jean (from Morning-Quarter radio) ring in to a radio show last week (maybe dcmedia girl) and she was worried about voter fraud.
She’d been driving slowly back from Denver and had picked up with people along the way.
What she heard was that they were registering voters at their homes, and then coming back with absentee ballots for those voters to fill in. Saying something like the State’s running out of ballots, so you’d better fill these in at once, or any other excuse…
Gallup poll data doesn’t add up. I took a look at all the categories the breakdowns Obama is leading only by AA race and a % of the Hispanic, McCain is winning in every other category. Gallup is known for Fix polls all other polls

Republican Woman – If you want to learn more about Alice Paul and in a fun way you should watch the movie Iron Jawed Angels. Hillary Swank plays Alice.
It is an HBO film so I don’t know if it is available at your video store. But, I just checked my TIVO schedule to see if it is being shown anytime during the next two weeks and it is scheduled for October 1st at 11:15am on HBO. If you don’t have TIVO or DVR or don’t get HBO call around to your friends and get them to record it. Then have a hen party and watch it together.
When it is over you will know that in the last half of the 20th century and the first 8 years of the 21st we have just simply not done enough. Not nearly enough. And, the current campaign season proves it. We had great shoulders to stand on (including my own suffragist grandmother’s) but we didn’t get it done.
My grandmother died the year I was born and everyone in the family says that she was reborn in me. Its not true. She sacrificed social status and suffered public and family ridicule. to work for the vote. I have done nothing by comparison.
There was definitely fraud in the caucuses in Texas. Because the conventions were coming up and the Democratic party wanted unity, (plus a lack of manpower to check for fraud), it was completely and totally ignored. It was ignored not just by the party but by the press.
The Democratic party can never cry ‘count the votes’ or voter freud again and get any sympathy from me.
fraud, freud – maybe if I spell it eight ways one will be right.
Kat5, on September 20th, 2008 at 1:48 pm
A vote for Nader or Cynthia McKinney isn’t a vote for Obama. It is also not in all states that a write in for Hillary is a vote for Obama.
OT – the esteemed NY Times, the paper that brought us the editorial that seating Michigan and Florida was the nuclear option, has an article by Charles Blow today that calls Palin – SnowJob Square Glasses.
Jmac – you look a little bowlegged, but I like your tiara.
Iron Jawed Angels is one of the best movies that I have seen. Any woman or man that watches that movie will never question, whether to vote or not. Too many people suffered and died for the right ot vote, which many of us take for granted. I found the movie at my local video store, but I know, Netflix carries it. It was a very powerful and educational movie about the fight for women to get the right to vote. I will never forget the line, when Pres. Wilson was trying to have a psychiatrist declare Alice Paul:
“Courage in strong women is often mistaken for insanity.”
To Gary from Chapel Hill
I live in Durham and would like to know if there is a network group of PUMAs over here in “Obamaland.” Many years a Dem, I have a few Nobama compatriots, but not many – would like to connect via internet with other local PUMAs.
EB
Eilene – I live in Durham. Like you, I have just a couple of Nobama compatriots.
Did you get the robocall from the Durham County Democratic headquarters asking us to volunteer because we are women and we have always voted Dem? I wanted to pull the phone out the wall, go down to headquarters and throw it at them.
Obama getting help playing the race card. Guess this is the back up plan in case enough dead people don’t vote for him
http://news.yahoo.com/page/election-2008-political-pulse-obama-race
That Mr. Hopey Changey is sure bringing us all together isn’t he. I’ve talked to ONE PERSON in the past 18 months who even alluded to race being a factor in their opposition to obama. I am so tired of the race baiting.
Also, Kaine has been actively defending/refusing to investigate voter registration fraud for some time now.
It’s why I have always believed that VA will go to Obama.

I have also heard reports of Soros funding Voter reg groups. Also of such groups employing persons with identity stealing criminal records.
Oh my God, I love “living impaired”.
ACORN will be the group to watch for voter fraud. They are famous for it and will probably try to inundate the voter registrars’ offices with so many voter forms that the offices will be overwhelmed.
“To volonteer because we are women and have always voted Dem”
LOL- good way to go Dems!!!!
dee and elaine…I would love to get a local group going. do you guys have any ideas? you can reach us at mawmandgary@gmail.com
i’m sorry ,Eilene
I have came to the conclusion that this election has been fixed throughout – not just the primary (see Fox joining the rest of the 99% of the media in attacking McCain). Hagel actively supporting Obama is another sign (majority shareholder in ES&S).
While I know that my vote will once again be trashed, vote I will – because otherwise I would be giving up on democracy all together.
So I will vote. And it won’t matter.
Ugh. I am in a really bad mood today. I went to the wilderness festival and had it confirmed for me that I have no political home. I can not and will not vote for Barack Obama. Did you know though that the GOP women I talked to today had no clue whatsoever what this administration is proposing regarding BCPs? They kept saying Birth Control is a choice. uh yeah- that’s my position but it doesn’t seem to be your President or party’s position. Arrrrrrrgh.

First sentence – “Our party is united.”
He clicked the magic ruby slippers and repeated it 100 times so it must be true.
Hi Gary,
This is really creepy, but at this point, I have no doubt that the Obama campaign will do and say anything to win.
I think “kitty” is a troll. I seem to recall see that one before, but I’ll leave it up to you.
I really wish that the people in this country would just step back for a moment and look logically at the pattern here. Obama and Co. are pulling the same crap that Rove/Bush have been pulling for the past 7+ years.
Hello!

My sister recently saw the “NOBAMA LIGHT”, and like I’m said to her…”ONCE YOU’VE SEEN IT/ YOU CAN’T UN-SEE IT”!!

We are both going to try to be very..very good..
I posted this on the other thread — but it deserves more than one post.
Here’s a great video. Try watching without a box of tissues by your side.
“I Need Hillary”
That interview with President Bill is 10+ minutes long. He is capable of succiently wrapping up the entire situation in describing cause and effect and solution.
Yes, Obama supporters, we don’t want someone like him again. We want the stuttering fool asking for answers and waiting for the teleprompter to spit it out.
I am soooooooooooo mad.

Carol
I can no longer watch Bill without sobbing and stammering about the fools that threw Hillary and the Clinton legacy under a MOVING bus.
sod – we will get through this. McCain/Palin will take care of us, Hillary will help and ultimately get her turn.
I know it.

Laurie – I know good and well they didn’t call males and say “You are a man and always vote Democrat, therefore would you please come do some volunteer work”.
What a bunch of a-holes.
Sorry to hear that “SHV”.
If it’s any consolation my husband & my “newly” voting age daughter haven’t seen it at all.
Too my husband there is NOTHING worse than the Republicans. Especially after what they did to Bill Clinton.
What he won’t see, is that what these “democratic elites” have
done is SOoooooooooooo much worse. Because, they
“did it” to their own.
Carol,
I posted that report about polling on the prior thread for Charles and someone also posted it on this one. I don’t know if he’s read it yet.
Interesting things from Hillary. I don’t have the link because it’s someone else’s c&p job and they didn’t give one. I left out the obligatory campaign stuff.
Oh, and make sure to watch Big Dawg on Greta Tuesday night!
I share the same fear, Gary. In fact, I fully expect the so-called Democratic party to try and cheat their way to a victory. And if they lose, you know they’ll blame Hillary, racism and us.
I apologize for calling Kitty a troll. She isn’t. I just couldn’t understand the way she deliberately mispelled everything….
bboomer, there are two kitty’s the one with the mispelling is the one who spouts out the real vile crap, he is permanently banned, but I though I would *edit* his comments for fun but I think people thought it was real. sorry bout that
the other kitty with the puke green monster is for real I believe.
I just threw the bad kitty in the spam bucket. his monster is red.
Chilling post, gary.
Not only will they steal the election if they can, they will be really pissed if they lose.
This is not going to be pretty.
If Obama wins NC, you can be sure that it was fixed.
Hello,
I am hearing the latest breaking news:
Obama supporter George Soros led a team of financiers and hedge funds that tried to bring down the USA banking system last week with naked short positions.
They decided to do this in an emergency action when they saw Obama begin to drop behind in the polls.
Aides have stated that Obama specifically approved of the attempt to destroy our USA banking system so that he could sieze power.

Lack of manpower wasn’t the problem. Lack of guts to speak up when people saw voter fraud was. From what Lynette Long has written we know that there was widespread voter fraud in the caucuses. It was overlooked because so many of the caucus chairmen were already in the tank for Obama. Those few who spoke up were ignored.
They had an interest in making the caucuses as chaotic as possible. That makes it much easier to cheat. And cheat they did.
It takes a thief to catch a thief, they say.
edgeoforever- I’ve noticed lately that Fox has turned on McCain. I wonder what he did to make the Republicans mad? I don’t think that this financial ‘ crisis ‘ would be happening right now if Bush was backing McCain. The timing is suspect. Maybe they are sending him a message that if he doesn’t play ball, He won’t be President.
From Denise’s Thai link above:
“Financial crises, caused by a rapid retreat of foreign investors, can happen almost anywhere in our globally connected world. All that is needed is enough bad news to cause a panic among foreign investors. Countries can reduce the risk of a financial crisis by: (1) exporting more than importing; (2) not using foreign capital inflows that can be quickly stopped to fund projects that require long time periods to be profitable; (3) maintaining flexible exchange rates or at least frequently adjusting their fixed exchange rates; (4) maintaining balanced government budgets; and (5) keeping large amounts of stable foreign currencies. These “risk-reducing” goals are not easy to achieve and maintain. However, even if these goals could be achieved, they provide no guarantee that a financial crisis will not occur. All that is needed to start a financial crisis is enough bad news (of any kind) that someone like George Soros can advertise to create an international panic among foreign investors who then, in a snow-balling fashion, dump the currency of the crisis country. Furthermore, people like Soros have a powerful profit motive to do this.”
Soros this in Thailand in 1997-98. Are we the new Thailand? Or is he using his power to create a crisis to help Barack? It would be pretty damned shitty if that was the case but most of us have felt for a long time that Barry MUST have some powerful backers to be in this “winning” position.
And, we, the people, are the only ones who can try to prevent this.
More opining from teh “real” feminists over Sarah, and why they are ever-so-justified in hating her guts:
Ms. Grose posited that some of the anger was because Mrs. Palin, a former beauty pageant winner, resembled a high school homecoming queen. “She has always embodied that perfectly pleasing female archetype, playing by the boys’ game with her big guns and moose murdering, and that she keeps being rewarded for it,” Ms. Grose wrote.
It just kills me that they ASSUME that she hunts and plays sports, etc because she is somehow trying to “play the boys game”.
No, you dipshit Grose, many women hunt and shoot guns because they (GASP!) enjoy it. Yes, they LIKE TO DO IT! Who knew? You ASSUME she is doing it to “please the men” because that is the only reason YOU would ever do it. But women all over this country hunt, and shoot, and ride 4-wheelers, and drive the tractor, and fish, because they LIKE DOING IT, and are GOOD at it.
Once again these faux feminists prove that they are INCAPABLE of relating to other women outside of THEIR own personal experience. They see everything through the prism of your own little narrow self-importance. “I would never want do that, therefore any woman who does must be doing it just to please da boyz.”
Ms Grose and the rest need to STFU laying down the law about what women can and cannot do, and opining about their motives. We women have had ENOUGH of that sexist shit from the guys, enough of their defining FOR us what we should and should not be. We aren’t about to put up with that same sexist defining from a bunch of ivory tower “feminists” who confuse THEIR political views with what it means to be a “real” woman.
STUFF A MOOSEBURGER IN YOUR BIG OLD YAP, MS. GROSE. YOU DO NOT GET TO FUCKING DECIDE WHAT IS APPROPRIATE “FEMALE BEHAVIOR” FOR EVERY WOMAN IN THE COUNTRY. YOU ARE AS BIG A SEXIST PIG AS ANY MISOGYNIST MAN I EVER MET.
PIGGY PIGGY PIGGY PIG.

I am heartbroken that Democrats are doing this. I know I sound like a broken record but I don’t think I’ll ever call myself a Democrat again. It’s sad that we live in a country where elections can be stolen by a bunch of overindulged, conscienceless brats.

I believe you are right. I believe that a decision was made four years ago by very powerful people that Barack Obama is to be the next president of the United States. They have been shoving him down our throats ever since 2004 and they will not rest until they have strongarmed him into the White House.
There must be a heluva payoff somewhere in here.
Sorry, I meant to say that Soros DID this in Thailand in 1997-98.
You owe me a new computer screen, WMCB!
“PIGGY, PIGGY, PIGGY, PIG!”
The Republicans will not allow Obama to get away with stealing the election. They know how the system can be rigged. Plus, the Republicans don’t give a flying phooey if somebody calls them racists. They’ll step up to the plate and put an end to vote stealing.
This is the first time in my life that I’ve come to understand why we need a strong two party system. I never would have thought that I’d look to the Republican Party for protection.
The world is turned upside down.
I used the r word. Please get me out of moderation!
Thank you.
Gary,
Thanks for the *Kitty* explanation. I knew something was wrong there.
Hello all. Just for fun, I’ve set up a puzzler on my blog – to benefit Democrats for Principle Before Party. Please consider participating. If this catches on, I’ll put up a new puzzle each week for the next 8 weeks, which will raise some money for (and awareness of) Dems for Principle… Thanks!
scrubs57, it just infuriates me. It is PIGGISH. We fought against the Right saying , “She wants a career? She must be a lesbian or something. She wants to be a man. Real women wouldn’t want that.”
Now we have to fight the Left saying, “She wants to shoot moose? She must be trying to suck up to the boyz. She’s trying to be a man. Real women wouldn’t want that.”
ARRRRRRRGHHHHHHH! NO NO NO NO!!!
I just wanted to add a comment to an earlier post regarding women who hate and abuse Sarah Palin.
I think too much analytical leanings are obsuring the actual reasons why they behave as they do. They see themselves in the role not unlike “sorority sisters”. Anyone invited to join a sorority must meet certain criteria and she does not fit that mold. In high school or college, those sororities would never “tap” her for membership since she fails to meet the vapid reasons for their exalted club. As she had advanced beyond their own expectations she must be “taken down a peg” or their world implodes.
From what I have observed about Sarah, she would no more consider joining a sorority then she would a witches coven. She “thinks outside the box”, has an independent streak, and could shoot and prepare her own dinner if need be. The sorority girl would never consider these virtues as praiseworthy. Thus the need to attack.
It may be somewhat simplistic for me to think along those lines in pursuit of valid reasoning for this ruthlessness, but for women who have encountered the “sorority mentality”, my reasoning may not be so off track.
Pat Johnson – You make a good point. This entire election has a “mean girls” quality to it.
dcattorney, I think I know the answer to your puzzler
The typical “sorority girl” is someone like Sally Quinn with her societal aspirations. When those “backwoods Clinton’s” failed to fall all over themselves by becoming part of her soiree she set out to destroy them. I mean, how could they deign to turn down one of her vaunted invitations!
From that point on, Sally led a constant drumbeat of ridicule and denigration. These current lady pundits are cut from the same bolt of cloth. In their own minds, they set the tone of who is in and who is out. Sarah just does not meet their particulars. How could she achieve this honor with her background? Coming from the wilds? A graduate of a small university, a hunter and fisherwoman, someone who drives herself to work and her kids to school, a woman impregnated after the age of 40, a Target shopper? She is not one of “us”.
These are the seeds of their hatred. She just does not “fit in”. In the world of women, this is not a phenomenon. It happens every day in every setting. Women are mean!
After going a week without a new post, I have my second one today:
http://myiq2xu.wordpress.com/2008/09/20/cheney-hires-oroku-saki-as-ovp-archivist/
Local newspaper today has big AP Analysis of the effect of the economy on the race. It seems that Obama was very strong this week. Although the Russia/Georgia conflict caught him a little flat footed, his comments this week on the economy were “stately” while McCain struggled and was forced to retract earlier comments.
There’s your Obama-Shilling AP in a nutshell, and that’s a good word to describe the AP these days.
I agree with the post. I have been thinking all along that Bo and his cronies intend to win at any cost and have a plan in place to cheat, just like they did in the primaries.
I am so distressed by the way this election is progressing. I don’t believe that McCain can win on the issues….or is that just my democratic bias. I believe the republicans have to go after O’s lack of character and the kind on “person” he is….Wright, Ayers, Abunimak , etc. O is unacceptable…inept, inexperienced……where are the ads?
PofE:
Per the same AP, we’re all you-know-whats
The lengths that they have already employed to achieve his nomination leaves me to believe we can expect the same in the general. If a win is based on inauthenticity, they will do what it takes. This is the reason why the daily polling does not mean much. Whatever the results, I can see them pulling a “win” come November by sheer, unadulterated cheating.
Myiq: Oh, heck, that’s nothing new. We hillbillies became r*cists in May; the accusation has lost any sting to me. Racist = Not voting Obama
Angry artist – I agree with you. I thought after the conventions, we would see some in depth exposure of Obama and his cronies and his dealings. There is nothing and now even Fox has drunk the koolaid. I am very discouraged.
WOW, Denise, what is going on in this world?!?!
“Regency, as upset as I get & how I wish Sen. Clinton would
“flip them all the bird”; she still ALWAYS AMAZES ME!!
She & also Gerry F. are the only ones who have managed to keep their integrity in “CHECK” while still supporting Obama.
We are no longer watching the news, but a series of controlled infomercials. The monopolies have led to the ownership in the hands of a powerful few. The search for information has to lie elsewhere. Welcome to 1984!
ACORN irregularities in Wisconsin as well. http://www.wsaw.com/politics/headlines/26419954.html
I’m not particularly concerned about Democratic voter fraud.
The GOP wrote the book (along with updated editions) on how to steal an election.
If they aren’t salivating over the idea of Obama trying to cheat, the whole thing has been a sham from the start (in which case we have bigger concerns than a few stolen votes)
I have just received my fourth anti-Palin e-mail from my FIL. He’s an Obot and he knows I’m a Clinton supporter, and my husband and I have told him that we are not going to talk politics with him in the interest of family harmony. We have all honored the agreement throughout the primary season. Now, he seems to have gone insane with these e-mails. I keep ignoring them, but he keeps sending them. It feels like he’s being abusive. It really does. I will continue to ignore him, but I have entertained the idea of blocking his e-mail address. He never e-mails me other than with this nonsense and he never puts any comments. The only thing preventing me from blocking his e-mails is that it wouls seem like a response, and I am determined to ignore him.
I am stunned at his behavior and the behavior of other Obots. A friend said it is typical cult behavior, but I have to tell you, I never would have pegged my FIL as a cult follower. Really, it feels more like misogyny and outright abuse. Sorry to ramble, I just had to get it off my chest. I’m close to tears over this. What the he@# has happened to people? I don’t give a snot if he wants to worship “O”. Just leave me alone.
When/if the Dems are caught cheating you’d better believe they will never let it go. Democrats don’t know how to live down scandal. They aren’t good at letting sleeping Dawgs lie. They never have been.
myiq2xu – Heh. I agree with you. Takes a thief to catch a thief.
I am not a Dem. I am just a very concerned American. I just don’t think O can be stopped and it scares me to death. I remember he made the statement that jm didn’t know who he was dealing with, and I don’t think anybody does. I hope you don’t mind my post.
We will stop Obama.
(Makes “Stop in the Name of Love” pose)
Never fear.
Aw shit:
http://hotair.com/archives/2008/09/20/report-organizers-of-iran-rally-threatened-with-loss-of-tax-exempt-status-if-they-invited-palin/
janicen: Obama did tell his supporters to get in your face. Your father in law took this seriously.
october surprise? Obama has one no doubt in the form of the investigation into Palin’s “troopergate” (has been asserted it will be concluded PRIOR the election).
Do the Rep.s have one? Bad luck, incompetence, even idiocy is equal opportunity.
Look into the Fairness Doctrine and our friends the Dem. Party. Talk radio will soon be saddled with being “fair” (who is going to determine what “fair” is?).
Sorry to be a downer, but I am very distressed now that I have read Gary’s article (thanks for info, Gary).
Mc has a chance if the election becomes a referendum on character, but I doubt the press will let that happen (they are seeing the “errors” of their ways). The other aspect that would give Mc an “advantage” (God forbid!) is an international crisis. However, yet again, even if such does develope (Russia/Venezuela, N.Korea, etc.) the press in its willfully myopic reporting will have none of that!
Please tell me I am out of my mind or overly cynical!
Hi Dee, thanks. I’ve seen it a few times actually and we’re planning a movie night before the election. If we can find time. I’ve also finally finished Jailed for Freedom. Web research, etc., It’s been a very difficult realization that things haven’t changed much, and I realize it’s “politics as usual,” and I don’t know if it’s just directed at women, I suspect it’s directed at all voters.
myiq2xu – This is just the beginning. Obama has lost the Jewish vote.
jvsp: Welcome to the club! We are all very much concerned and you are voicing the fears of this blog. His actual winning has me up nights.
Bill hits The View Monday and Greta on Tuesday! I actually don’t care what he talks about as long as he uses his hands. He can discuss the finer points of puppeteering as long as he makes sure to demonstrate thoroughly his manipulation of the strings.
Right now I truely hate Dems!
Dems = current Democratic party not regular people who call themselves democrats.
So I just heard Pelosi on they radio and it’s sounds like the Dems are only going to approve the bailout proposal if they are allowed to attach a bunch of social spending to the package. We are facing a great depression type situation that could occur within days and instead of acting they are going to use it as political leverage. WTF? I mean, the government doesn’t actually have the money to pay for the bailout and they want to jack up the price even higher.
http://www.mercurynews.com/breakingnews/ci_10518029
So the question is will Bush go along with it or refuse and let the economy really plunge into the toilet?
Either way, I’m disgusted that they would hold the american people hostage over this issue. Do you realize how dangerous this is? If wall street decides this isn’t going to happen they could panic on MONDAY and take us all down with them.
We will stick together and get McCain elected.
We will power-hose out the filth and muck.
Don’t despair.
I would double love it if when Bush departs in January he takes Nasty Nancy with him. I could name others, but she is useless!
Pat Johnson, I think you’re right. It’s too bad they have nothing other than these sophomoric e-mails. If they had some issues or positions Obama has supported or worked on in the past, or anything other than ridiculous attacks, it might be more effective.
This is a man who didn’t say squat about Dan Quayle being selected as Veep, and suddenly, he and his wife are “terrified” for our country if Sarah Palin is the Veep? WTF?
I guess all things are open to interpretation as to whether or not you are an elegant lady to be exhalted by the world or called “white trailer trash”.
“To its devotees like Jackie, foxhunting was more passion than sport. As the hunting expert Mason Houghland wrote in Gone Away: “It is a religion, a faith; in it are all the elements that form the framework upon which beliefs are built: the attempt to escape from life as it is to life as we would have it; an abiding love of beauty; and an unconscious search for the eternal verities of fair play, loyalty and sympathetic accord, which are so clouded in our mundane existence.”

Let us all bow in humbleness to the Democrat as we spit openly on the Republican.
CAROL HAKA
There is nothing TO “Troopergate.” Nothing. Bad employees needs to be fired. Wooten’s supervisor sucked for his unwillingness to adhere to given budget restrictions. Wooten, the former BIL admits that he was wrong and that he did indeed abuse his stepson and wife. That’s it. It’s being made into a massive thing because people keep talking about it. There is no there there.
And if they go there, you’d better believe McCain going to come out against the Ds for penalizing a woman defending the victims of domestic violence. That will not fly.
Well you can put me in the category of white trailer trash and I will not be offended. Better to be able to butter my bread next to generous souls then to wonder which knife I need to do it right.
These women are ridiculous.
We admired Jackie O for her elegance and style. But let’s face it, she would never have invited most of us to share a cup of tea. Sarah would.
I got the impression that Obama and his wife believed the Clintons were treated the way they were by the press because they deserved to be treated that way. He, on the other hand, believes he is someone who can transcend politics and truly save the world. He believes it.
Regency: Gentle warning for your ears only. If Bill begins touting the wonders of Barack Obama and is urging us to vote for him, I turn the tv off pronto.
THIS IS PARTLY RUMOR.
There is evidently talk on all the financial trading boards that some bigtime short-sellers might have deliberately caused the crash this week. Evidently this was NOT the usual players, but some big money moving in a concerted way.
Cramer brings it up, referring to “financial terrorism” to “bring down capitalism”
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zj0Vwnt1CLs
An economist article speaks of the SEC looking onto suspicious short-sellers:
“the Securities and Exchange Commission, America’s main markets regulator, brought back curbs on “naked”, or potentially abusive, shorts. It also rushed out a proposal forcing large investors, including hedge funds, to disclose their short positions.”
http://www.economist.com/finance/displayStory.cfm?story_id=12270509&source=features_box1&ref=patr
This stinks of Soros to me. This stinks of a “help Obama” tactic by some of his shadows.
Read SHOCK DOCTRINE– by Naomi Klein. It postulates just this sort of thing, and Obama is in bed with this bunch. Many of Obama’s financial advisers are from the same Chicago school of Economics.
Jmac: : If people kept insisting on telling me that I was an exact replica of Cindy Crawford while kissing my ass 24/7 I am sure I would begin to believe it too.
“Did you know though that the GOP women I talked to today had no clue whatsoever what this administration is proposing regarding BCPs?”
CWaltz, kindly tell me what you mean by this statement. I have no clue, I haven’t taken it in years, but I can think of a whole lot of women I know who do. Is there something going on that I can help educate women on? We are kind of a renegade (libertarian) state and don’t usually fall in line with the rest of the country.
Bill talks about of both sides of his mouth, I expect a lot of that. John McCain’s a good man (like a few days ago) and Sarah Palin is a natural, but Barack’s gonna be President. That’s Bill hedging his bets.
I have NO idea what he’ll say about the economy since the Dems have tucked their tails between their legs and gone on vacation. All he can talk about how Hillary has the best plans for the economy just like he did before. I have no problem with that. Barack is hardly relevant to me–because Big Dawg is NOT a fucking r*acist. I know who the first black President was and my mother voted for him TWICE.
RepWo: You don’t know about the move for the HHS to classify certain BC as abortifacients? Hillary’s been fighting against it for weeks now. Go back to yesterday post about it! It’s important to stop them!
Obama told the Florida crowd “Don’t let them run the okey doke on you. You heard of the okey doke. Don’t let ‘em bamboozle you. Don’t be hoodwinked. I will cut taxes, cut taxes for 95 percent of all working families.”
Here we go again Malcolm X Obama talks out two sides of his face he’s the racist
http://countusout.wordpress.com/
I just got my first mailer from Howie and DNC since I replied in an email that they didn’t represent me any longer and to go away. I guess maybe Hillary gave the DNC her list. I hope the DNC paid dearly for it.
This one sez there are 68 days on the Road to Victory and to please send some $$$s. Howie even included a neato bumper sticker which sez No Third Term and Vote Democratic.
Other than scrawling “Don’t” [vote democratic] how else should I embellish this little thing before returning it to Howie with a loooong letter and a penney? Of course I’m not putting my own postage on there; let them pay for it. Any suggestions?
PJ:
Flattery will get you nowhere but don’t stop trying?
At NQ – article about Sarah meeting Karzi next week. The ads will be out – Sarah already working on Afghanistan while BO is still running for President instead of chairing his committee. That will be a great topic of the debate next Friday.
I can hardly wait.

Oh! It’ll be awhile before I post more. LSU/Auburn is on so gotta watch my Tigers. Poor Auburn is so confused. They want to be Tigers too, but they also refer to themselves as War Eagles and even have one that flies around the stadium before the game. Bad move when you got a buncha coonasses in the stadium! One of them might have a shotgun and shoot the damned thing and make gumbo!
I wrote Puma all over everything. 2 tubes of lipstick, Hillary’s official headshot letting them know that was what a President looked like, 3 Puma dollars, 2 cents, and the unity pony adrift in the ocean.
A great head shot of Sarah would be good also.
Group of Dems forming to beat Obama:
http://democracyinsuffrage.blogspot.com/
Democratic group gathers to say No to Obama!
Supporters of Hillary Rodham Clinton, from across the country, will hold a press conference to announce the Kick Off to their Nation Wide Pre Election initiative to defeat Senator Obama.
The press conference will be held on Friday, September 26th at the Capital Rotunda located in Harrisburg Pennsylvania and will promptly begin at 11 a.m.
Democracy In Suffrage, a newly formed non profit political action group, will be hosting this event, and its founder Ms. Je’Amour P. Matthew states that “not only will this press conference launch Democracy In Suffrage’s first political action but she is hoping that other’s who supported Hillary will now find there voice, and declare their support for the initiative to defeat Senator Obama by holding similar pre-election press conference’s across the country.
Oops, the correct link to the post about group against O is;
http://insightanalytical.wordpress.com/
Pat J: I think his Pro-BO stuff will be a lot like this–daming with faint praise and passing mentions:
NEW POST!!
Why would Bill even go on that horrid show? He shouldn’t legitimize that crapfest.
Re: the mailers from Obama & the DNC, please DON’T help them with their postage by adding your own stamp. I’ve enjoyed cutting up all the letters, flyers, etc. plus the envelope they come in and putting them all inside the envelope they provide to mail back to them – at their cost. Some people add pennies to make them weigh more, but I’m not giving them even one penny! My husband gets a kick out of seeing me send their stuff back to them. I’ve probably sent back 10 or 11 by now.
We’re in for one helluva fight, ya’ll. We must stay focused on the mission which is Nobama, no way, no how. McCain is certainly not the perfect candidate, but he will not drag our country into the gutter like BO has already done to our Democratic party.
Make sure your friends, family, coworkers, neighbors are registered to vote. With voter fraud going on in the O camp, we cannot take anything for granted. Deadlines in many states are fast approaching. Puma’s, JustSayNoDeal coalition members, Repubs and Independents must make sure we deliver a crushing blow to the Chicago machine politics on Nov. 4th.
Stay steady, Puma’s.
Pat: “his actual winning has me up at night.”
Me too. I should be writing, but I can’t stomach going to the university and wading through the lemmings. *sigh*
thanks for the kind words
Arabella
I am Jewish and I know many Jews who will NOT vote for Obama. However, I also know quite a few that are going to hold their noses and vote for him…including my father.
I am actually shocked that so many Jews will vote for him, but I am also shocked that so many Americans will vote for him. I am stunned that no one is talking about Wright, Ayers, Abunimah, and O’s connections to Nation of islam, racists, antisemites.
I
Fredster —
I cut the word “VOTE” out of my bumpersticker and wrote on the paperwork
“I kept my VOTE because I OWN it. NOBAMA.”
Dee, both parties rely on women as volunteers. Statistically, and historically, women are the No. 1 source of volunteers, always have been. It’s why when a candidate is running, or the party needs help, the first place they go is the women’s clubs (both parties), charm, beg, and plead for help. The delivery of the message may seem a bit biased, but that’s b/c, traditionally, women “were” more likely to be guilted into doing more and more and more. I learned very quickly how to say no, because there’s always more you can do, and a yes “to this” only encourages a request for yet one more thing. This has been a very strange year because women just aren’t stepping up like they have in the past. Men are scratching their heads, they don’t seem to understand that women are tired of feeling used (even if that’s not the case, many are feeling taken for granted).
Bill’s going on there for a few reasons. 1) to publicize his Foundation’s latest work. 2) to publicize Hillary’s latest legislative agenda. 3) for BO and I don’t think that’s it.
Statistically, and historically, women are the No. 1 source of volunteers, always have been.
So true!
Pat J. I think your perspective on the sorority narrative is an interesting one. It could be that there is another level to it that is even more basic—Palin appeals to men on several levels. They love the hunting fishing babe and the woman is good looking even after 5 children. It is pure raw sex appeal; she has it; they hate her for it. Republican women are supposed to be cold, plastic, submissive, dumb, dull and pregnant. She blows that stereotype.
I’m getting a “Hillary Sent Me” tee and saying “to vote for McCain.”
Yeah, yeah, they’ll blame Hillary. Inevitable.
[...] Nice overview from PUMA [...]
I keep a big red Sharpie pen in the kitchen, when I get a Dem mailer, I stuff all the paper back into the pre-paid envelope and write PUMA in big red letters on the outside envelope flap.
I know it’s crazy behavior but it makes me feel good.
Regency, thank you. I missed that post. I thought the Supreme Court ruled against that pharmacist who refused to dispense BC. Is this a way of trying to get around that ruling, by legislating that doctors can object to prescribing, or even possibly treating, women who take birth control?
This is an outrageous bill. I haven’t needed it for years, but I’m sure very soon I’ll be having this discussion with my daughter. Actually, I already have, but she refuses to go the Dr. saying not necessary yet Mom with my better to be safe than sorry. OK, don’t worry, walks away, shuts her door. <>
I’m really glad I found this forum, I’ve learned a lot from all of you.
I really wish the religious extremists would leave our Party and form their own religious cult or something. If all of you wind up forming your own Party, sign me up.
Hi Jangles, I’m dull, but ask my hubby, I’m not submissive, can’t afford to be plastic, can’t get pregnant, and consider myself overall a very nice person (unless you piss me off – again he’ll vouch for that as well). I’m pretty sure I’m not dumb either. LOL
“Republican women are supposed to be cold, plastic, submissive, dumb, dull and pregnant”
RepWo: That’s exactly what they’re trying to do. It goes to any procedure to which an health care worker could have a moral objection, where women are concerned. It’s concerning and the Congress is seemingly sitting down for it. We’ve got to raise hell.
Republican Woman – The surprise about the call was that it was automated and gender specific. I am aware that both parties have always relied on women as the ground runners.
To be honest, I worked for the Republican Party back in the late 60s. I resigned soon after Nixon was elected because I could not abide Agnew as he was the first politician to attack the opposition in a personal manner if an argument could not be won on the facts. Unfortunately, everyone does it now, including Democrats and it makes me sick to my stomach.
Just this past Christmas I had a discussion with my sister (a Republican from Kansas) about why I left the Republican party. I told her that I didn’t leave it – it left me. I also told her that if need be I may one day leave the Democratic party. At that time I had no idea it would happen within months.
Just chiming in with my 2 cents on this. Yeah it scares the blank outta me too, how it seems all sides will cheat to “win”! And it’s like we’re powerless to stop them!
However, I do not think cheating is effective unless the election is close. No one can rig everywhere or suddenly produce enough “new” voters to over come a million vote deficit. It would raise too many flags! So to ensure they’re cheating is unsuccessful we must turn out in full force and counter it!
Everyone is free to do what the want, but if the goal here is to keep Obama out, how can you realistically expect that to happen if you don’t vote at all, or vote for a 3rd party candidate? This is between Obama and McCain. Anything else, won’t make a difference in the outcome. And with everything we know Obama will do to rig the outcome, just withholding your vote from him, isn’t enough IMO. I think you have to give it to McCain. All things being equal, vote 4 vote wise, then it’s up to the Indys and we PUMA and cross over Dems exDems to turn the tide. Call it a protest vote, or whatever, but I can’t understand people who say. “Nobama no way, but I’m not voting for McCain.”
What do you want? It’s gonna be one or the other PERIOD!
To me, someone who has never voted Repub. who believed they were the party of evil doers, and could never imagine myself casting a vote for one. I can tell you I have NO qualms about doing so now. And I’m not even in a swing state. My vote isn’t going to matter. But will feel DAMN good to me! Because this isn’t just a protest vote, it’s a protection vote. To safe guard this country from Obama and the A-holes who put him there. They cannot be allowed to win! You think the DNC devalued us, and treated us like crap before. Imagine if they win and do so despite our efforts. We will NEVER have a voice in that party again. No one will ever listen to our concerns again. It really WILL be all over for us then.
They put us all in an impossible position, but we ARE in it. And now there is only one way out of it. Obama MUST lose. And it’s up to us…ALL of us to ensure that happens!
Republican woman, I went to a local event in Christiansburg. There were booths set up for the GOP party. I went over there to get McCain’s position on Birth Control. The women who were workinjg the booth had no idea the administration is working to make birth control pill considered abortion. None. Nada. Zip. The second woman I talked to said Birth control was a choice. MY position is birth control is a choice. When your party has an “anti abortion” platform and is seeking to remane BC pills as abortion then you can’t say your party believes BC pills should be a choice. Not if you look at the platform.
PS GOP woman I’m glad you know now. I’m hoping that we can galvanize women from both sides of the aisle the last thing we need is to go back to the days where childbirth was the leading cause of death in women.
Been sending back those fund raising mailers on their dime to the tune of 1-2 per week. This week I got the first one from HRC for the DSCC. It had a picture of HRC and Obama, so I used lipstick to cross out Obama and wrote no way NoBama and sent it back too!!
I keep mentioning BO’s strong ties to Acorn, but finally other people are talking about it, too. I think enough people see the truth about BO to keep him from being elected. The problem is that it is very hard to remove votes once they are in the system. I wish I knew a better way for us to fight this thing, but the only way I see is a lot of letters to the editor,to push your locals into checking new regesters as much as they are able.
Here, in Florida, ACORN has people waiting outside of prisons, and parole offices to make sure felons get their votes back, if they are eligible. That last part was a joke. I don’t think they give a damn about eligibility.
You really must go to NoQuarter ( put ACORN in the search box and read away!) and read the ACORN posts there. We uncovered something worse….Obama really is connected to ACORN and has been paying them this year through a front company, Citizens Services Inc. He filed illegal filings and was allowed to get a pass by the Federal Election Commission (FEC) again.
The other night on Hannity and Colmes….Colmes said Obama hasn’t had contact with them in 20. That was a bald face lie! When Colmes questioned John Fund….Fund froze….he never answered the question about Obama’s connections to ACORN.
By the way there is federal task force in Nevada, state task force in Wisconsin, Michigan is having problems, Moveon.org was collecting registration cards during th week of the Democratic National Convention…..it was reported to me. New Mexico is now having problems with Voter Fraud. Moveon.org is here in Kansas doing the same with cards….they will be dropped right as voter registration is closed to affect the outcome of the general election.
Big problem is no one is listening to me. I had part of the information concerning Ohio which was turned over to a Pennsylvania paper for their story on ACORN. This is not a conspiracy theory. It is the truth!
Obama and the Democratic Party are trying to make sure Obama gets the White House by cheating because it is the only way he knows how to win!
“Ms. Grose wrote.”
…. “Moose murdering”?
WTH?
I agree, this election is being set-up to be stolen….this time by the crooks from Chicago.
I wrote about ACORN and another national group, The League of Youth Voters and their activities here. The League has finally been declared a PAC by the Sec. of State here in NM. The influx of money from unrevealed sources to so-called “advocacy groups” who are, in reality, political operatives has been mind-blowing….

This post reminds me of a spectacular video from Flineo called “Chicago Politics (ahh.. Obama)”.
The music & lyrics (from the Governuts) has Chicago Politics down pat:
“Vote early, often, as you can, vote absentee, then vote again! Hey, here’s a dollar bill, go vote for me.”
(Twice I’ve tried posting the YouTube link and it seems to kill the comment. Obviously, I’m doing something wrong. So sorry if you end up with more than one post.)
I thought I would post, in a moment of lucidity after drinking my sorrows away at 3am on a lonely sat. night, but I realized nothing I say could justify Obama’s stinking cheating ways. Oh, the horror of it all!! Back to drinking now : )
You know, I completely agree with you on the whole Barack Obama thing. I actually wrote a blog today with my opinions of some videos going around about Obama. These videos aren’t any of the fake stuff out there, they all present cold, hard facts as to why Obama is not qualified and does not deserve to be president. Check it out and let me know what you think:
http://jeremybuff.wordpress.com/2008/09/20/a-real-message/
Sheila @ 3:36 am: You people do not seriously think that the senior citizen senator McSame and the governor Sarah Palin will actually be able to clean up the mess that their choice of president, Bush, has left this country in. NO WAY, NO HOW, NO MCCAIN/PALIN.
Well, believe it or not, there are many people who think, for good reason, that Obama is an empty suit, and therefore cannot fix the problems of this country. Like one comment I read so aptly put it, Obama is all title and no deeds.
How old are you, and why do you even bring up that McCain is a senior citizen?
“Any decent and intelligent person can easily see that Obama/Biden is the team to beat.”
Correct, and that is why we are determined to beat them.
