Jack Cafferty I have a message for you….

***I just heard that some nasty Obama campaign/DNC types just threatened to primary Hillary if she doesn’t release her delegates, so this is for them too…..***

Jack Cafferty, is an asshole who is so deranged by late stage CDS that he can hardly keep from spitting his dentures out as he’s pounding this kind of trash out on his keyboard:

Hillary Clinton apparently hasn’t gotten the message yet that it’s over.

She’s now trying to find a way for her delegates to be heard at the Convention, saying it will help unify the party. And, she hasn’t ruled out having her name placed into nomination…

Under DNC rules, Clinton would have to submit a request to have her name placed in nomination. She says no decisions have been made. But several groups of her supporters are planning marches and demonstrations in Denver, and collecting petition signatures to nominate her…

Time Magazine reports that while in public Clinton is doing everything she’s been asked to help Obama, behind the scenes it’s a different story. Associates say Clinton is still skeptical that Obama can win. And if he loses, that could set the stage for her to run again in 4 years.

And then there’s Bill Clinton who continues to pout. Earlier this week he refused to tell an interviewer if he thought Obama was ready to be president, instead giving some lame excuse that “nobody is ever ready” and that the Constitution sets out qualifications for president.

Needless to say, none of this is helpful to Barack Obama. His campaign and Clinton’s put out a joint statement saying that they’re working together and the party

Here’s my question to you: Do you think Hillary Clinton wants Barack Obama to win?

First of all, Jack wouldn’t know the DNC rules if they bit him on the backside, and second of all, how many times do we have to say it: THIS IS NOT HER RACE TO WIN, ITS HIS!

And Jack, a hack like YOU calling Bill Clinton lame??? I think its time to increase your meds you old crank.

P.S. I wrote this last week after seeing what he wrote (above), but my cooler head prevailed and I let it go.  Then today I see this from Jack:

A humorless organization called “The Denver Group” ran an ad in a Capitol Hill newspaper demanding that Hillary’s name be placed in nomination at the convention and demanding that speeches be allowed in support of her nomination. They’re just full of demands.

And Jack, your just full of piss and vinegar you nasty old coot.  See step one of this post.  Watch. Rinse. Repeat.

Feel free to forward this link to Mr. Cafferty at this address It would be so cool if a bunch of you sent the link so we’re sure the bastard gets the message. LET’S TAKE THIS BABY UP TO 11!!!!!!!!!  PUMA POWER!!!!!!!!

  1. Message Sent!!!!! Along with PUMP POWER – NObama…EVER!

  2. Great video. heh

  3. Heh. Cafferty calls someone else “humorless.”

  4. Edit… of course I meant, PUMA POWER!!! Sometimes my fingers get a head of my brain.

  5. Cafferty is despicable. He is shameless in his shilling for Obama, and has been for months. I think even Blitzer is embarrassed by his complete lack of objectivity, and on occasion tries to rein him in–without success. Funny thing is, Cafferty has four daughters. You would think he’d be thrilled to see an accomplished woman working her way through the male power structure to the top rung of the ladder. But instead he trashes Hillary–and Bill–at every turn. It’s a travesty that people like him and Olbermann are allowed to shovel their crap on so-called “news” programs.

  6. It’s people like this a**hole Cafferty that make my head feel like it will explode.

  7. I like this post and love the video.

  8. If Cafferty checked Newsweek instead of Time, he would see this:

At the Aspen Institute Ideas Conference recently, he [Bill Clinton] held forth effortlessly on ethanol and electricity grids, education and rural poverty. A tentful of academics, business leaders, journos and, yes, bundlers, sat in rapt silence. I knew what they were thinking: the guy is flawed (as are we all), but what a once-in-a-generation talent.

Yeah, all are flawed, but there’s only one Bill.

  9. Done, with the following message prior to adding link:

I think Hillary Clinton wants what is best for the party. And I think you have been very misogynistic over the past few months. I feel sorry for your wife or any other women in your life.

Then your article link and closed with

    PUMA!

  10. Oh my! I just watched the video. Kewl!

  11. CTmom, having 4 daughters – or 10 – doesn’t make a misogynistic creep any less so. Think of the recent news abroad of girls being raped and then killed by their own families due to ’shame.’ This is a monsterous, man-dominated world we live in and Cafferty – the CNN curmudgeon – is just one of many.

I have to admit I read his article – crap, why do I do that? I want to believe they are truly scared…it’s the only thing that keeps me pushing for Hillary.

  12. You know when you told your loser semi-friend that she looked cute in that blue dress, and then she started wearing blue all the time, and started acting really arrogant like she was really hot?

We sorta chuckled at Cafferty last year when he groused about Bush, and poor CNN thinks we really like him, and pathetic Jack thinks he’s clever. Get. Over. It. Not. Funny. Not. Clever.

  13. First of all, what does being “humorless” have to do with it? Second, they make two, count them two, demands. Hope this doesn’t boggle Jack’s mind, but 1) Hillary’s name be placed in nomination, and 2) speeches in support be allowed. So, two rational demands for tradition to be followed – even if the candidate is a woman – makes them humorless and full of demands.

  14. Hahahaha! Love the video!

It just amazes me how far we have gotten from the concept of “news.” My teevee is full of nothing but bloviating hotheads that push their own agendas.

My Gawd, what has Hillary ever done to Jack Cafferty to deserve such venom? What did Bill do?

What is wrong with these people? And why don’t they realize what ratings gold a brokered Convention would be?

They really suck at their jobs, I must say. :-)

  15. Hillary and Bill are the ones we are waiting for, not BO. Can you believe the title of his rally at the DNC convention is “Change we can believe In” the same as the new book he is set to release in Sept. God Help Us All.

BTW I was watching Lou Dobbs the other day and Cafferty doesn’t look so good, very unhealthy looking…

  16. And also – “full of demands”? What, you can’t demand anything from your Party unless you’re a corporate lobbyist, Jack-o?

Golly gee, it never occurs to any of these talking heads that the Party is there to SERVE THE PEOPLE.

    Aaaaaaack!

  17. Gary, THANK YOU. Saw Cafferty’s remarks and sent comment before seeing your post. yours is soooo much more to the point.

  18. madamab: “What did Bill do?”

It always was/is/will be about the BJ.

  19. Anee – It’s called synergy in marketing. Product tie-ins are very important.

What? You don’t want your candidate to be a product?

    Get Over It!

    /snark

  20. OHFERGODSSSAKE.

    I’m in moderation again.

Upstate – Yes, they are jealous that Bill got one for free.

  21. Yes, Upstate NY, that BJ really laid us low. BUT,..don’t you think it’s more than that? How about jealousy. I mean, don’t ugly men get jealous?

  22. As someone pointed out last week, ‘humorless’ is a label only applied to women, no one ever uses it against men. They’re serious or somber.

As for 4 daughters, what about Pelosi & Michelle rattling on about their daughters/granddaughters and strong women? Yeah, ladies, they’ll be watching you throw a brilliant, strong woman to the gutter and then stomp her. Wonder what they’ll think of you someday?

  23. Sheehan qualified with enough signatures to challenge Pelosi as an Independent. Probably already heard/posted

  24. madamab, free/paid for (poltical price)…questionable.

  25. Upstate – he didn’t have to pay Monica. They, on the other hand…

  26. Absolutely, Cate: I am both totally ugly and jealous.

Actually, is my jealousy that stops me from voting for O.

  27. Ha! What’s my excuse – I’m jealous of Michelle because she gets to sleep with Oba-moi?

    LOL

  28. Sorry, madamab, I am a little bit (more like a lot) obtuse: “they”?

  29. My response to Cafferty.

You are a disgusting person, and you are totally misinformed too. Your shilling for Obama has been so obvious this year. You have no journalistic integrity, and I hope you soon lose your job.
Hillary Clinton won the popular vote and you think she shouldn’t have her name in nomination at the convention? It would be a complete break with over 100 years of tradition for her not to have her name on the ballot. For God’s sake Kennedy was on the ballot against an incumbent President, Carter when he only had about 600 delegates.
I hope you go the way of Kennedy, Russert, Edwards, and Mac. We are coming to the time of instant Karma, and it seems like you may be due.

    PUMA

  30. Don’t watch Wolf Blitzer or Cafferty anymore. Cafferty is in love with his image of being the professional curmudgeon.

With Wolf, I was always waiting for the other part of that phrase: The best political team…….that money can buy.

  31. I just can’t stand it.

  32. Message to Cafferty sent….Thanks Gary for the post.

  33. Upstate – I meant all the talking heads who hate Bill, like Cafferty. Sorry if I was being too vague. :-)

  34. Gary,

Thanks for watching CNN so I don’t have to. I sent the link to your post with a snotty message to Cafferty.

  35. UpstateNY, it wasn’t about the BJ. It started because they would never cave to the congressional Dems, and when the Dems lost in 94 they blamed it on Clinton and not on their own stubborness.

  36. The sad thing is that Cafferty is a Republican.

  37. BB – Of course he is. He wants Obama to be the nominee. He is the only one who can lose to McCain this year.

  38. ***I just heard that some nasty Obama campaign/DNC types just threatened to primary Hillary if she doesn’t release her delegates, so this is for them too…..***

What does “threatened to PRIMARY Hillary…” means? What’s “primary”?

  39. Done RD. I sent the link to the nasty Jack.

  40. Madamab,

    My point exactly.

  41. Thanks madamab.

Mawn, I agree. However, the BJ is a sexier/easier explanation.

  42. Elixir,

It means they would run someone against her in the Democratic Primary when she runs for reelection to the Senate. They are dreaming if they think anyone could beat her though.

  43. Just read the Ben Smith article at Politico discussing the same topic of Hillary on the ballot. The comments are despicable to say the least. Some of those lunkhead Obamabots are screaming for the PUMAs to go away and then offering to blame us if The One goes down to defeat. However, there are also many comments fighting back and suggesting they will vote McCain after years of being a Dem.

They may go after her now by accusing her loss to running a bad campaign attributable to the recent e-mail outings, trivial stuff compared to a candidate who is unable and unwilling to unite his own party. The division is wide and I fear going to become wider after next weeks activities. Many of us will never forget what the DNC has done to us and as I can only speak for myself, will never vote Obama under any circumstances.

  44. Here’s my comment to Cafferty….

This applies to anytime Cafferty is promoting the demise of democracy. Do you even remember what it is like Jack? What was your take when T. Kennedy was put on the ballot for a vote at the Dem Convention with just 600 delegates? I bet you were all for it because that is the way it is done in a democracy. Yet you waste precious breath denigrating Hillary Clinton at every turn. Really, they should take your time slot away from you and send you to the old folks home where cranky people belong. The Denver Group….thank God for them….

    http://riverdaughter.wordpress.com/2008/08/12/jack-cafferty-i-have-a-message-for-you/#more-3506

Smacking myself because I used to think he was an okay guy….didn’t know he was going to turn into an assclown :)

  45. Interesting post over at Reclusive Leftist on how the male Olympic athletes dress for comfort, while women athletes are increasingly expected to dress sexy. Pictures show the discrepancy even in the same sport.

  46. …and my apologies to people in old folks home that this description does not apply to….lol

  47. Elixir, I say to “them”, good luck there.

NYorkers, overall, like H (of course my R in-laws, like many O supporters, think she is awful/a liar/you name it..so who knows)

  48. Cafferty needs to be sent McCain’s new ad. Maybe joining BO’s fanclub will do him some good.

  49. What a primary in 4 years? Wow, I’m certain Hillary is shaking.

  50. Pat, yeah, a lot of comments at sites and in papers say we don’t matter, sneer at our pitiful numbers, yet at the same time, blame us for any loss in November. Totally illogical, but they want to cover all possible bases of whine, I guess.

  51. Pat, this just seems like an incredible nightmare. The dems were all set to take the presidency this year. Maybe that is why this happened, they were a little too presumptuous in their thinking that they could send anyone out and it was theirs for the taking. I think it would be wonderful to have an AA for President, or a woman, or an hispanic. BUt BO is just not ready or qualified.

  52. Jack used to co anchor the news out of New York alongside Donna Hanover who was then married to Rudy Giuliani. He was allowed to snicker and snarl at a lot of the articles presented on the show. I suppose it was to show how snark can bring in the audience.

He must have let this go to his head but unfortunately he is a long way from broadcasting out of a local tv station and one that has worldwide significance. But his bias shows itself so strongly and the sour look on his face tells it all. Jack seems to hate everybody and everything that does not match is worldview of how things should work. But nowhere will you ever hear him question the qualifications of Obama. For someone who deigns to insist on all things being for the good, his Obama crush precludes hard questioning.

  53. Pat: “The division is wide and I fear going to become wider after next weeks activities”

    Si

  54. Pat: agreed, this will only get uglier.

  55. Here is how the Obamabots view us: We are totally insignificant in number. Our non voting for Obama will have no bearing on the outcome. However, should he lose it will our fault since we refused to come onboard. If someone could just explain this conundrum to me I would be most grateful.

You do not count, yet you are responsible. Enigmatic.

  56. I wonder if the pro-”O” folks have any idea how much their irrational rantings energize those of us on the other side. If they do, one has to examine their motives. Then again, maybe they’re just stupid.

  57. Kim: “this just seems like an incredible nightmare. ”

    Si also.

  58. I found another PUMA today.

  59. ben: Was this one hiding?

  60. Pat, that is how they viewed Naderites until Gore lost. Totally Nader’s fault. You think Ds will have a repeat of 2000? I do.

  61. I have to agree that it’s no concern that Hillary’s name not be put in nomination. They must figure our votes are gone anyway. So, what they have to do now is prevent her delegates from getting those 300 signatures.

  62. I hope they do blame us. How wonderful that will be! We will have changed the course of history.

  63. no, no, ben. “They” will demonize “us” forever. Climate change will be PUMA’s fault.

  64. Upstate: Sad as it appears, I hope they D’s go down in disgrace. This need not have happened.

A gamed caucus system, stealing of votes, unnecessary charges of ra*cism, questionable associations, the removal of the DNC to Chicago, intimidation, threats, sexism, hateful language, a compliant and unquestioning media, rock star attributes, empty rhetoric, lack of experience, unqualified, the list is immeasurable.

We need to stand as one and proclaim that this will not stand.

  65. Love the rant. I sent a message. Cafferty is a curmudgeon.

  66. ben, I do agree. After a November loss, we will take credit, not blame, for failing to go along with the corruption of the Democratic Party.

    Your comment is awaiting moderation.
Hillary Clinton won 18 million + votes and deserves the recognition and honor of having her name placed in nomination. Why does the Democratic party deviate from the honor accorded to male candidates in the past? If the Obama campaign continues to rely on media propaganda and voter/delegate suppression to enable their candidate, then they can look forward to a McCain win in November. Obama cannot close the deal and appears afraid of a viable challenge to his candidacy.

I submitted the above to CNN but I am guessing it will sent to moderation limbo for being pro-Clinton, speaking of suppression.

Cafferty’s hatred of Clinton and her supporters is pathologic. Just turn off cable. The media boys have discredited themselves entirely during this primary.

  68. Reverend Wright plans an October surprise
New York Magazine has done a special issue this week on race and the US election. There’s lot of good stuff in the package but this line from John Heilemann’s cover story stood out to me:
    http://countusout.wordpress.com/

  69. Asking us to just suck it up and get onboard is akin to someone excusing Hitler because he was named Man of the Year by Time Mag. After all he couldn’t have been that bad!

It was wrong then, it is wrong now because this is much more than just Hillary Clinton. I would like to think that we would be as outraged and united if this were any other equally qualified candidate who was treated this way as we watch the most common democratic process, the right to vote, slowly wither away in favor of “unity” or whatever that means.

  70. Let’s use the word “credit, as in, they credit us with his total anihilation”.

    Goody, I’m in.

    PUMA HAKA

    Punishment, Retribution, Reform 2008

  71. My fondest wish is to see that arrogant face suddenly turn dejected in November. Then I can really enjoy my holidays. As a matter of fact, this may be all I want for Christmas this year!

  72. I’m willing to run with that banner. Alas, how all of us could be responsible for losing is beyond my comprehension.

  73. Ah, really now? And I guess they’re also afraid that
B ho is going to lose JE’s delegates! Come on, John, spill the whole can of beans!

  74. I got a big Italian F@@@ you for them too.

  75. As someone who has a master’s degree in print journalism from Standford, I will tell you that madamab is absolutely right. Nothing sells newspapers like conflict. True journalists like the ones I studied under, worked with and admire would be rooting for a contested convention.

Many “true journalists” don’t even vote because they don’t want to compromise their objectivity in any way — a position I always found to be a little extreme. Still I would rather see journalists go to that extreme than absolutely shilling for a candidate, and go out of their way to throw an election, the way many are doing today. It’s disgraceful. And if I were not retired from journalism, I would not be making comments about the election here, or anywhere else. I, and my bosses, would consider it unethical.

  76. “credit” it is.

  77. A candidate runs on appeal; ideas, programs, policies, innovation. It is up to him to sell that through presentation. If he fails the test, he cannot close the deal. Obama is running on the strength of a speech few saw or heard. Other than that, the cart is empty. His appeal is based on glitz and hype. I am looking for substance. If it is not there, I don’t buy. I may do a yard sale every so often, but then I am looking for a bargain. This reasoning does not apply when choosing a leader.

  78. Grrrrrr…my PUMA blood is boiling. Cafferty is another one of the vile creatures that I cannot even look at anymore. He practically sneers whenever he talks about the Clintons. I gave him a very strong piece of my mind with the link. These maroons fancy themselves “journalists” and they don’t do even the most basic research. Why doesn’t SOMEONE explain to them, and the American public, the basic democratic processes set up by the Party instead of playacting that this is all SO SO OUT OF THE ORDINARY?

    I’m fed up.

  79. Make that “going.”

  80. Message sent!

  81. OMG, I just watched the video! I feel much better now, thanks for the laugh! I hope he watches it.

  82. Bill Moyers is a journalist. Amy and David Goodman are journalists. There may be a few others but what we are being treated to are people who can read a teleprompter without sounding like Barack Obama, stuttering their way through an answer. This is why they are called talking heads.

Jack Cafferty used to read copy. Now he expounds. I could do that given a chance. In fact I do here. The only difference is that the audience is smaller and I am no longer blond and perky!

  83. Pat, not of my business, but I think you need to become a contributor to the Confluence. Your writting is beautifully coherent and your knowledge of the American political landscape most impressive.

    OK, back to fixing supper.

  84. So, two rational demands for tradition to be followed – even if the candidate is a woman – makes them humorless and full of demands.

Annie O: and someone should notify Jack that in a democracy it is our RIGHT to make demands. THEY work for US! That dynamic has been completely lost in this plutocracy.

  85. Since when is a “news program” supposed to interfere in a process that involves the voting procedure for the USA? Since when is an old fool allowed to spew hate and venom across America and directly at a former President and get away with it. The downfall of this country can be placed directly onto the shoulders of these media types that choose to dictate their opinions instead of reporting news using google-provided talking points. Lets take names. Names of advertisers on these programs. They are gonna hear from me. What say you?

  86. message sent!

  87. They can “primary” her all they want when in fact in 2012 Hillary will be running for reelection for the Presidency so I wouldn’t care about that threat. She will be in the White House and Obama will I hope be far away in some other Country since he and his wife hate America.

  88. You can never expect change without demanding it. Look only at the civil rights movement as one example. By sitting back and shrugging off the current state of affairs, we have wasted 8 years of progress under Bush and are now having another “selected” candidate rule without question.

Challenge is what we apply to all aspects of life. Why should this be any different? We are fighting for our rights and the democratic way. One man, one vote should not become an archaic motto of a time long passed. It is alive and well only if we demand it be so.

  89. Message sent to Cafferty – Obama’s fan club

  90. DID you know that while there is a term for hatred of women… that there isn’t such a term for hatred of men?

    misandronist
(noun) : a man hater Note: there is a word for woman hater; no comparable word for a man hater.

he may be a misogynist, but she is a misandronist. —No,

Nope, if you’re gonna hate men you have to do it one at a time but you can hate a whole group of women

  91. @glenn: I’m in. Time to call/write to advertisers/

  93. MESAGE SENT, LOUD and CLEAR,

SAID we’ll meet you and DNC in DENVER< we’ve got better things to do than whine and cry and be self-pitying

They REALLY BELIEVE THIS IS JUST ABOUT HILLARY<God they are THICK!!

  94. There may be a measure of satisfaction in writing our distaste to the likes of Cafferty, Matthews, and Olbermann but those can be treated by them as meaningless rants from dissatisfied viewers. Cafferty takes pleasure in reading those aloud then making fun.

The one thing that will surely get their hackles up at these corporate enterprises are ratings. By refusing to watch these scourged offerings may have more impact than just tossing off an outraged dispatch. After all, it proves that we are watching when we do this which only drives up their Nielsen points. Ratings rule. That is the one item they pay close attention to.

  95. GE (owner of either CNN or MSNBC) lost 26% in profits I think it was last quarter. They’re already hurting. Let ‘em hurt.

  96. message sent:

Yo Jack! Do you have a problem with democracy? Last time I checked, we nominated and then voted for our candidates who then became elected, not selected. Also, seeing as how they are supposed to be representing us, I think a “demand” or 2 is perfectly reasonable when we are talking about a fair and democratic process, don’t you?

  97. PHALA:

And PUMA will be there supporting her, unless they try and RIG that TOO>

PS I noted to CNN that the TV media no longer has the control of INFO, that the internet is LARGE and IN CHARGE

hope it gives him a gray hair,

Stopped watching CNN long time ago, I kept puking.

  98. Upstate,

I agree with you that Pat should contribute posts, but she always ignores those requests. She is a brilliant writer, and we are lucky to have her commenting here!

Pat, I don’t mean to “talk” behind your back. I’ve told you the same thing. I love your quick wit.

  99. only popping in to say hello – I am on a business trip & out of touch – but everyday I come to RD at least twice for a fix. Thank you !

Some great comments !! Especially PAT !! You crackle up!!

    Ok – I gotta run.

  100. bb and Upstate: Thanks, but I am nowhere in the ranks of rd, gary, katiebird, SM, regency, madamab, or yourself and others who contribute. My observations are what I am feeling at the moment. I could never measure up to your missives. Brilliant!

  101. I agree with Pat.I no longer watch or read anything from CNN and MSNBC, especially after seeing how they treated Hillary during the debates. CNN.com used to be my homepage, but there is no way I would set foot there. I won’t even set foot in the CNN building or take friends from out-of-town there.
No more CNN, NPR, or MSNBC. I do not miss the bias.

  102. Pat, what kind of an answer is that? Fine. ;)

Stakes are almost ready. Talk more later.

  103. Caro and PJ,

you are such a breath of fresh air and humor,

Your in the wrong business, comedy is your thing.

    Thanks for all the laughs.

  106. Corbett is talking about Rendell’s memo and PUMAs. Apparently, 1000 people called Harrisburg to object to Rendell’s heavy-handedness.

  107. I went over to Cafferty and posted this:Obama did not win the nomination because he did not get enough pledged delegates in the primary/caucus process. This is why the Obama campaign is trying to block what is traditionally a process to place in nomination other candidates. The two of them are very close in numbers. Any change of mind on the part of super delegates could put her name ahead of his.

This should be a fair and democratic process not a dog and pony show for imaginary unity. Ted Kennedy, Howard Dean, Gary Hart, Shirley Chisolm, Jessie Jackson and others have had their names placed in nomination. Why shouldn’t Hillary Clinton?

Is it because with a few more weeks to go, who knows what could come flying out of Obama’s closet? Or perhaps, he could have a few more My Pet Goat moments, like his original reaction to the Russian Invasion of Georgia. His less than stellar showing in the polls right now should be sending chills up every superdelegate’s spine.

If he wasn’t afraid of that he may not come out of this, he wouldn’t have a problem with it. This is definitely a show of weakness on his part.

A group of about five of us on Camille’s posted our comments there and posted them to the thread.

Each of us were put into moderation and then our comments were zapped.

DailyKos and HuffingtonPost ALL OVER AGAIN.

  108. What has the President Presumptious Elect Obama done today?

Has anyone in the MSM called him on his sh*t? The american public is not buying what obama and the DNC are selling….why cant they see that pat?

    fuzzybeargville

  109. Good! I also sent an e-mail to the governor protesting this move to keep her off the ballot. I am steamed about this. It is no way to run a country by preventing the most common bond of our democracy, the right to vote, from being exercised. I hope those incoming calls prevented the gov from making an outgoing call to the nearest pizza joint. He could stand to lose a lb or two!

  110. I called Jack Cafferty the curmudgeon cheerleader for Obama in my last blog post …

can’t believe he called the Denver Group humorless, like he’s some kind’ve humorfilled happy camper

  114. Michael: I really don’t think this is his fault. He has been spending too much time with Carol under the Christmas trees and I believe he took off his “thinking cap” while being held hostage. So actually it is all Carol’s fault. (Don’t I sound like a regular Obamabot apologist now?)

  115. Pat-ROFLMAO- Poor Edd under the influence of so many strong women….I feel for him!

Corbett is talking about Rendell’s memo and PUMAs. Apparently, 1000 people called Harrisburg to object to Rendell’s heavy-handedness.

wow! where does he have this number from?

  117. oh, sheesh, no wonder his hawaii thing was always labelled ‘undisclosed’ location, he’s staying at some big campaign donor’s compound.

  118. I would like to say to Caffety’s face-

Sorry your hydraulic system is failing. It is written all over your ugly face.

  119. message sent!

  120. I did not expect Obama to pitch a tent on the sand for his Hawaiian vacation but this is pretty tony! Apparently just being another tourist isn’t good enough for our presumptive nominee. Must travel first class. Things do look different from a height of 30,000 feet.

  121. I read once somewhere that it’s a heavy moment for boys when they realize that they do indeed have to share the world with women and children. Apparently sharsies is a real trauma and test that defines manhood. Many get it but many others never do and remain children all their lives like Mr Cafferty. How can you hate children? All you can do is protect yourself with good boundaries and self care as you interact and attempt to teach the ones who are teachable.

  122. You know, I keep reading that it’s not just about Hillary. Well, let’s say “what if it were”. Why shouldn’t her supporters fight as hard as they can for her. If the reverse were true, do you think that BO’s people would just sit back and say nothing. NO. They would be taking to the streets. We should all fight as hard as we can to get the best candidate. And, I . for one, think that it is Hillary.

  123. Oh for the love of jeebus that Politico story really pisses me off. Bill Clinton didn’t have money when he became president. They didn’t even own a home. And Barack Obama is a millionaire from the money off his books. At this point in his life he has way more money than the Clintons did during their whole presidency. But that’s okay, let’s rewrite that history along with everything else about the Clintons.

  124. ABSOLUTELY Maria Garcia!!
His “1″ home is a Chicago Manson that he could’nt have bought “WITH-OUT” his “SLUM-LANDLORD” Buddy Rezko.
Of course “little” Michelle is “knee-deep” in that transaction; as she his in the “ear-mark” he got for her non-for-profit employer hospital. Then she “just-so-happens: to get a BIG RAISE!!

  125. Message sent with pleasure. The last time I emailed him I encouraged him to do real journalism. He replied: Why don’t you teach me.

  126. Great video!!!!!!!!! I have complained to CNN over Jack Cafferty for months. He is such a jerk and I could not have said it any better. I could add a few more names that this video is suited for.

  127. I sent Jack a little love note with your link added. I told him out here in the real world CNN has been renamed ONN and it must be crowded with all of you in bed with Obama.

He lost his edge years ago, or maybe he never had one. The world will be a better place when old Jack retires or shuts up, which ever come first. Feel the love Jack!!!!

  128. Y’all are wasting time writing to an idiot like Jack. Spend your time better by writing to delegates in your state asking them to sign the petition to get Hillary’s name entered in nomination at the convention. Most state parties have a website where the names of the delegates are listed. You can go to the white pages to get their phone numbers or if you are lucky enough to know a delegate in your state, you can probably get the numbers and e-mails of all of them. Time is growing short. We have a dozen delegates from Tennessee who have signed. We need other states to get on board. HELP!!! We need 300 delegates to sign. This is your last chance to impact the outcome of the primary.
A Delegate for Hillary from Tennessee

  129. Can someone throw florida guy out of here?

It’s like someone said earlier–we are insignificant and don’t count, but we’re responsible for the outcome.
    Whatever
    PUMA HAKA

  130. Cafferty is the prime reason that I stopped watching CNN. I don’t mean a little. Stopped completely. There is no reason to watch a “news”outlet that would condone him. If he is supposed to be funny, put him on a sit-com. If he is supposed to be a pundit, try giving him his own show. See how long that lasts. Those little three minute bursts of woman-hating, Obama gush were just too much for me, and I didn’t think missing the rest of them was too big a price to pay to be rid of him for good.

  131. I stopped watching msm months ago.
    Can someone answer this question?
Since the democrats will lose this election by a landslide due to their own stupidity, the so called leaders will not be around to threaten Senator Clinton in the primary do they really think she is afraid of them?

    COUNTRY BEFORE PARTY ALWAYS

    PUMAS,BUBBAS, AND THOSE PEOPLE RULE

  132. Obama is visiting FL? I thought it was HI.

  133. Cafferty, his supercilious commenters/supporters, and others of the same ilk, are simply in denial and witout a clue.

They understand nothing re the Dem.Party rules, know nothing historically of how often more than one candidate has been placed in nomination, and seem to think Obama and his DNC cabal now solely constitute, and own, the party.

They are wrong on all counts!

  134. Just sent this link to CNN. BTW, Cafferty was a non-network anchor in NYC many moons ago (the news at ten on Channel 11, from Seinfeld fame). Not even a local network anchor.

But I have to admit, he did have a great line or two. When The Donald married Marla Maples at the Plaza to wall-to-wall coverage, he asked “was the baby invited?”

  135. Cafferty needs a jowl lift. Then maybe he wouldn’t be so humorless.

  136. Start with do not watch CNN or NBC and MSNBC. After this outburst, do not waste time or energy responding to Cafferty (who really is a jerk) spend the time and energy trying to get Hillary on the ballot. Whem time permits after the convention as glennmcgahe states go after the advertisers. This is the area that will most scare the “hell” out of them and losers like Cafferty will be required to take the fall. Advertisers pay based on ratings. Attack the the ratings and the heads will fall.

  137. Think about this: CNN sends Aaron Brown packing, but keeps Cafferty. I turn to FOX News when Cafferty comes on.

  138. AND, what if Hillary wins the nomination in Denver? Would Master Jack-ass be silenced for the rest of the weeks until the election?

  139. Where did this video come from? It’s brilliant!

I think occasionally Wolf Blitzer does wish Cafferty wasn’t around, but he’s never called him on any of his crap. Which makes his an accomplice.

    I miss Judy Woodruff!

  140. Jack Cafferty is UNEDUCATED! he does NOT have a college degree!
What do you expect from him to begin with?

  141. I know plenty of people who didn’t go to college who are NOT sexist pigs. So I don’t get how that makes a difference.

  142. A degree does not ensure an education. See Bush, George Walker.

  143. LOL!!!! Cafferty is a moron!

  144. [...] Jack Cafferty I have a message for you…. ***I just heard that some nasty Obama campaign/DNC types just threatened to primary Hillary if she doesn’t [...] [...]

  145. *gG* … great video ! Thanks

  146. Oh… Cafferty!!

  147. Alot of angry Hillary voters here…
I do agree Cafferty is over the top more often than not but the way the Clinton’s are going about, I really don’t blame him.
Also, I just hope that you guys vote Dem. this November because if you actually vote for McCain over Obama than it’s more than obvious the true reason you voted for Hillary.

  148. Jack,
I am a senior and I think it’s time for me to look for
some other country to live in ! The USA has become a
third world country and it getting worse by the Minute !
There not much hope for the so called candidates that are running in this election ! The country has a much bigger problem with Russia arming the middle east with ICBM and GOD knows what else ? We are at war and can’t even manufacture bullets for our troops ? Russia is putting long range bombers in: Cuba, Columbia and in Venezuela. But nobody gets the picture because we have a bunch of dolts in Washington, d.C. Just recently our navy had to run from
Georgia because Russia ship were getting to close !
Well empires have fallen before and we just might be at that door step today ! Today we will worry about social problems while our country get attacked by foreign country. When this takes place the Politicians in the Capitol will probably take another vacation.
Let us not forget ” the entire world is watching everything we do “. Yet we tend to show all are weakness in every way. I have already started to learn another language for the change ! Good luck to you
    Jack and God Bless !

  149. [...] already knew that Jack Cafferty is a revolting sexist asshole.  But CNN doesn’t only employ grumpy old coots to broadcast their sexist propaganda across [...]
